Hey there, since I updated my Woocommerce shop to V 5.5.2 and the Impreza Theme to 8.1 I’m unable to add the footer to all pages and also to remove the sidebar from all pages no matter what I do in the Theme setting section. I think this is not the idea to set this on every single page manually, isn’t it?

Hi there I have about 100+ Impreza licenses. Great product. Highly recommend it. A few things: floating buttons or floating items would be a huge help. Revolution Slider can’t be updated without buying premium which means it doesn’t sit properly anymore, I think it it should be ditched or come with auto updates – after all these years its still a pain dealing with rev slider. Built in Caching or removing the need for caching would help and built in whitelist specific IPs for backend option. Mobile menu options are still poor. The header builder is confusing as there are multiple ways to define mobile breakpoints. Some work, some don’t.

1. Floating elements are doable right out of the box. Open any element settings, go to the Design tab, and set Position to Fixed at the Position Section.
2. The Slider is updatable without any license keys. Please create a ticket on the Support Portal: https://help.us-themes.com/ and provide credentials via private reply (URL, admin username, and password) so our engineers could investigate these issues.

The mobile menu options in the header builder don’t seem to work. The ‘dropdown’ option brings the menu in the centre of the screen, running off screen at the top and the other two (vertical panel/full width) don’t show a menu at all (in the code not just on screen). Is this how it is meant to work? (I also tried one of your templates but it did the same).

Hi, I have a problem with my Impreza theme and woocommerce shop filters, the ajax filters work when you select them on the shop page sidebar, but if you visit the shop link directly with the filters in the URL, it just shows all products unfiltered. any help for this will be appreciated. Thank you.

Please describe the issue better. What do you mean by “updating to version 8.0 is not possible for all customers”?
We hardly got some of our clients used to working with the WP bakery editor. From what I understood this is replaced by the live editor in version 8. So upgrading will require intensive tests, user training and such things. Thats why we can not upgrade in the near future.
At the moment only the Frontend Editor is deactivated but we’ll bring it back in the next version. If your client used the Backend Editor, then nothing will change for them.

Hello How do I disable any image scale affect and disable any colour overlay for the grid display of portfolio items? I can use CSS to hide the Post Title and Taxonomy… but I can’t seem to discover how to achieve these two things.

There is no need to use any code. Go to Impreza > Grid Layouts, create a layout and import the desired template. Then remove Post Title and Post Taxonomy elements from the layout and apply/disable hover effect at the Hover Effect tab of the element, please see this: http://somup.com/criOhRYU09

Hi mates, I updated today the theme incld. wpbakery and the new live edit feature. But now my background image from my first section is invisible. It’s in the source code, but it’s not shown, it’s simply white. -> slightly done, seems that your new update doesn’t work with Autoptimize anymore, if I deactivate the plugin, everything is working again. But because I only updated your theme and plugin, it appears to me that it’s not Autoptimize fault.
