Hello, I don’t know what to do anymore. I have some WP sites where I use Avada. Now I have been looking for weeks that I want to get recaptcha running again on some WP pages. On 2 WP pages it works without problems only on the other pages it just does not work. Plugins are almost always the same and recaptcha V3 keys are also correct everywhere. I don’t know where to turn anymore. Some plugin authors do not respond to this theme and others refer me to the theme author. Unfortunately one keeps blaming it on the other. I have also searched all the files in the WP directory for recaptcha as well as the database. Unfortunately without success. There is simply no recaptcha displayed.

Hi dear developers – just saw the new header layout options etc – can i revert this to the old options? It cost much more time for me now….editing header an menu is now very complicated and time intense (yes…i read all the documentations and understood it). Is there an option to get the old options?? thank you, already submitted a ticket this morning, but still no answer and I am stuck with the theme with no plugins like builder. the major issue is builder the most powerful one is not working or I am not knowing how to use it.

Hi, Im getting this error trying to install Fusion Builder. Avada is registered.
Fusion Builder installation failed. The update procedure could not delete the plugin due to a permissions issue on your server. Please ask your hosting provider to check the permissions level or manually remove the plugin via FTP or WordPress before attempting to reinstall it.

We are glad to hear that you like our theme, If you are migrating to a different domain and you already have your product registered with your original purchase code etc, you do not need to purchase a new license; You can simply add your registered purchase information to the new installation’s product registration tab and it will be changed

Yes, Avada is compatible with the latest release of WordPress. Make sure that you are running the latest version of Avada, and apply any relevant patches as well. There is a compatibility patch that ensures that the Widget edit screen in the WP Dashboard is editable.

How do I duplicate a page? I save the content as a template > then import to a new page, however this does not save the page settings (sidebars, header, title etc.). I am sure there is a simple way to just clone a page, can you tell me please?

This may require you to reset the purchase code again once, if the purchase code is being used too many times on same site this can cause such issues, please check your email above as we have sent you an email regarding this already.

Hello. I have installed WP 5.8 and expected to see the new widget block editor. However, my site using the Avada theme is still using the old Classic widget editor. I have several sites using other themes and they all have the new widget editor after the WP 5.8 update. Is this an issue with the Avada theme, and if so how can I activate the widget block editor?

Currently this is not supported by our theme, however we do have an item and will be adding the compatibility and support for this soon in our upcoming versions of theme, for now you can use the default widget section and Avada Options along with them.

Hi Ammar, thanks for the quick reply. One follow up question:
When I add a new page or edit an existing page, the page editor defaults to the classic editor. Even when I add a new “Gutenberg Editor” page from the new page menu and build the page with the block editor, when I later go to edit that page it defaults back to the classic editor and all of my blocks are lost.
WordPress is retiring the classic editor at the end of this year and I’m concerned that my site will no longer function properly or be up to date with current WordPress standards if the classic editor is used as the default editor in the Avada theme. Do you plan to switch over to the default block editor before the classic editor is retired?

Hi,
We recommend using out Avada builder for the page content management experience. As for the classic editor, right now the ‘classic editor’ plugin page mentions support ‘till 2022, or as long as needed’ so the end date isn’t really set in stone.
Pages created in Avada builder should work without issues even after that date so we recommend using that for the best and easiest visual editing experience.
