Hi, please I tried many times to update theme. Now Im using old Aalto 1.2 and I want to update it but everytime the web made error.
I tried change wordpress to oldest but it still make error after update the theme.

Hello 
We are using your theme on our client website but have an issue right now with the menu. ( it was working well before )
When the desktop size is between 1203 and 1024 we have the sticky menu and the menu that’s appears at the same time creating a visual of 2 menus
How can i fixe that ?

The preloader animation can be set in Edge Options > General by setting “Enable Preloading Animation” to yes and choosing “Loader Style” from the dropdown (please see screenshot).
If some pages still have Aalto preloader it could be that different preloader options are set on the page. Local page options will override global theme options and you can find more in this article – The Global And Local Settings Info And Troubleshooting.

Hello Aalto-Team, we are vey happy with this wonderful theme and created a great Website with it. I know, our support expired a few days ago, but just now two irritating issues occured. Maybe you could give me a hint how to fix it…
1. When opening a portfolio item in the lightbox on small screens, the navigation bar (next, previous, close) is not clickable, while working fine on medium and large screens.
2. Though I removed the white vertical dividers between the menue items by css they appear for a very short moment when loading the page. Is there a way to change their color/remove them in the theme options?

Thank you very much for the hint! There wasn’t any notice in Wordpress about the new version. Unfortunatly the problems have not been solved by updating…
Issue 1 – navbar not clickable to close portfolio-items-lightbox on small screens 
Issue 2 – Vertical dividers appearing for short moment on reload though border is set to 0 by thiss css:
.edgtf-main-menu > ul > li > a:after {border: none!important;}
Still need help on this.

Ho aggiornato wordpress alla versione 5.8 ma adesso se provo ad andare nella sezione dei widget mi dice che il sito ha un errore critico per un problema generato dal tema Aalto. Cosa devo fare? Riuscite ad aggiornare il tema per renderlo compatibile con wordpress 5.8?
After I update Aalto to last version is disappeared the right part of menu, so now the menu doesn’t show the widget “Header widget menu area”. How can I solve this problem?
Also, on the edge options > Height section, if i set 70 like hader height, appear a white bar over the menu.
...it seem like Aatoo doesn’t see any “menu widget” that I setted on pages (“DD cart”, “Shop sidebar”, “menu widget” and “header” widgets are no longer showed). Let me know.
Also blog articles pages and products pages have a problem and after last update aren’t well showed.

hello, I am interested to buy your theme but I want to know if this theme is still being updated or no updates will be available because the last update was in October 2020 almost a year ago, and is there any idea to make it compatible with Elementor?

However our team is working really hard on updating all our themes at the moment so theme update should be released in the near future. The theme is compatible with WPBakery plugin which is more than enough to achieve anything you do see on our website demo and it is not Elementor supported unfortunately.
