Hello, I have been using Porto without any major problems for quite a while. my purchase code is registered and active. I can see it on Porto->Dashboard.

However theme and plugin updates started to fail today. It gives this error: “An error occurred while updating Porto: Purchase Code is not valid or could not connect to the API server! Please try again later.”

Please go to Porto >> Dashboard and deactivate the Theme from there and then again activate the Theme with the same purchase code and then try to update the Theme, I am sure you will not finds this issue anymore.

Just updated. We disabled skeleton screens and loading overlay. Which fixed the product/shop pages. But our dropdown/sub-menus are not loading. I understand our support has expired, however I don’t feel we should be made to renew support for public theme updates that have not been sufficiently tested internally prior to consumer release.

I am sorry but this is not true at all, we always tested the Theme update before releasing it, and the issue with Skeleton clients faced is because of the cache and incompaitability of that Skeleton with the server, as it is working perfectly fine for me, so try to remove the server cache and site cache always…

And regarding Menu items, we have to check it on your site, please share your site WP Admin Login details with us via our email newsmartwave@gmail.com with Theme purchase code PDF and with this comment URL so that we will check it for you on your site.

We have updated the feature: theme license manager

So now Porto WordPress provides you the functionality to reset your license by yourself :)

According to the Envato <s href=”http://themeforest.net/licenses/standard?license=regular”>licensing terms and conditions you need a license for only 1 website. Porto allows 1 live site licensing and 1 staging site licensing for testing purchase per purchase code. So you can set up a staging site without any additional license.

Same for me, theme updated broke the shop page, it just keeps loading, also the same thing with product page lust keeps loading! In dev tools it shows this error:

This look likes you have not Installed all the required/recommended plugins before importing the Demo, like contact form and yith woocommerce ajax filter, etc… please reset your WP and Install again from scratch and before importing the Demo Install all the plugin, hope you will not finds this issue anymore otherwise, please contact us via our support system with your site WP-Admin Login details so that we will check it for you on your site.

Is there a place I am missing for live search settings? I do not see a way to control the amount of results that are returned and I also do not see any loading icon or indication that the live search is actually searching, it just pops up with the results after a second or two.

I tried looking in YITH>Ajax Search and Appearance>Theme Options>General>Site Search. In the YITH settings I do have “3” set for maximum results but it still returns a whole bunch more than 3. From what I understand even if this is the free version of YITH Ajax Search I should at least be able to control the amount of results that are returned. Any idea what could be going on?

Yes, Theme live Search and Yith WooCommerce Ajax Search are two different searches.

I am sorry but we have not tested the FIbosearch plugin with our Theme so we are unable to suggest you on it, if you want you can try that without Theme but at your own risk.

If you want the loading Icon then turn OFF the Theme Live Search and use Yith WooCommerce Ajax Search: https://postimg.cc/5XZZ9Sqg

I think something is bugged then because I do have Live Search turned off in theme settings. The YITH search plugin is activated. However, still even after clearing my cache the homepage shows the theme settings search bar even though it is disabled. It’s like it is overriding YITH no matter what.
