2) The same situation with multiple comments in line happened to the ticket. Please remember, each new comment updates your ticket and pushes it in the end of the queue.

I have the latest theme updates (version: 9.15.1.1) and connected my site to The7 but I couldn’t update WPbakery to 6.7.0 so I did that manually…

Hello, I installed the theme, and I imported the logistics premade website, and I changed most of the colors and it works fine.
But I can not change the following colors:
1- the header contact icons colors.
2- the Page title part background color.
3- the footer image and footer copyright.
Knowing that I changed the colors in the theme options section like the page title and footer info and footer background but it is not effected, it seems that there is something else need to be done.

Solved. I updated the theme so the page worked.
but really it is very weired to purchase the theme today and download the an old version of the theme!!

If you want to use the theme on different websites, you need to purchase a copy of the theme for each website. This is true for all Themeforest themes.

Hello! The7 has not been tested with Tickera. We have found a couple of support requests, which say:
- some of Tickera addons seem to cause a conflict with the theme;
- Tickera cart page should be added to the website menu manually, and not automatically;
- the plugin may require additional CSS tweaks.
Please consider we cannot assure there are no other issues. That’s just the info we’ve been able to grab from our reports.
NOPE I FEEL CHEATED. Oe of the prebuilt website has one page navigation. Only to find out it doesn’t come with the function and i have to upgrade to EA Addons Pro.
