In my Account Settings (https://theme.co/apex/licenses/) there’s no place to add staging site onto my license (as suggested here https://theme.co/forum/t/license-valid-on-subdomain/90673 ), and for some reason I can no longer post to the forum for help….

Hi! One of the old employees in my organization has purchased the theme before. Today, he is no longer with us and we need the purchase code to activate the theme but we don’t have any information to sign in the account the item was purchased on. Also we are not able to contact with that person. I have the receipt of the purchase and a code which is called as ‘Envato Credit Code’ on that receipt. I need to get the purchase code / license key immediately because the website is waiting for this important code. Is that possible? How can you help me?

Unfortunately we wouldn’t be able to help with that as you would need access to the Envato account where the purchase was made. If you can’t reach out to the former employee, the only other option would be to purchase a new license so you can control the purchase code. We don’t have access to account info as that is all handled by Envato.
Hi again! Besides our receipt, we have a zip file which includes many different files inside. I don’t know the procedure but probably this file were gotten from the marketplace. Is that possible to prove that we purchased the theme before by sending you those files and get our license code from you? Or can we find the license code inside those files? I searched but I could not find.
And another option, we do not know the account information the person purchased the theme but we know the name by the receipt. Can you give us the e-mail of the account to help us communicate with the former employee?
No, the license code is not in there. It’s only in the Envato/ThemeForest account where the theme was purchased on the download page. Since we don’t have access to customer accounts as those are Envato/ThemeForest accounts, we have no way of retrieving it.

I checked your URL and it doesn’t appear to be running WordPress, unless there is a system in place to obfuscate that. If you are using WordPress you can find the active theme by going to Themes when logged into your dashboard.

Thanks for reaching out. We integrate with (and support) WooCommerce and BuddyPress. Other plugins should work properly as long as they are coded to WordPress best practices. I’m sorry, we don’t have a BuddyPress demo available.
hello, i have problems after the update the theme! At first i have updated the theme and then the conerstone plugin. After that the page is chrased and also I can´t open the theme option or status. And now the page shows Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function wp_body_open(). Pleas what can i do??

Hi, There is a demo template called non profit for X. I was wandering how/where I can use this template? I have a valid licence implemented on the website but I see only section templates in designcloud. Do I need to do something first to see this particular demo?

Once you’re in Cornerstone, you can click “Design Cloud” from the main navigation menu. This should show you all the assets available including full sites.

I understand the non profit demo is a complete site. We already have existing pages. Will the demo overwrite my existing website? Or will all pages be added if we import the site from design cloud?

That is not a demo, but our sales page. You can add as many pages as you want to your site, and virtually all of our Site Demos are multiple pages (and you can add any menu you want).

Thanks for reaching out. You can’t put an entire portfolio inside of a single portfolio items but there are ways to organize in levels. For example, It’s possible to create multiple categories of a portfolio and organize items that way. It’s also possible within a Portfolio item to include a gallery of images.

We don’t have a way to insert in the head from the theme settings directly so you might need to use another plugin or a child theme.
Good evening i’m using the Portfolio Layout on a page and i’m trying to edit it with the page editor and with cornerstone as well but i can’t seem to find a way how to do it, seems to have changed since creating the page some months ago. Do you have to purchase Cornerstone again ?

I’m trying to install the GRUB Asset but I have no ‘install’ button as described in the documentation. If I click on the image it appears to go through some kind of installation but then returns me to the assets page, it doesn’t appear in the templates list or change anything.

Has the latest X theme update addressed the new Google Algorithm changes / Page Experience updates that will be coming in MAY?? Our website element animations appear to have been removed.

Most of the “page experience” will come down to how you design your pages using X and Cornerstone. The final experience is determined by what you build. I’m sorry to hear you are having issues with the animations. It could be that you need to update Cornerstone as well, or that a cache needs to be cleared. Quick question – What happened to PRO? Or can I still upgrade license like in the old days?
Love your theme, but I update it and when I click ad page all i get is a blank page, I deactivate all the pluggins, any ideas…fyi i use the latest wordpress.
