Hello there i need some help,i’m using avada theme and its about the layout merging while reloading, refreshing or entering the site. When i reload/open my site the footer of my site comes up on the place of header and cover the header part(navbar and slider) just for 1 or 2 seconds. and it happens only when i reload the page or open the website after 1 or 2 seconds all is okay and good . can you please help me fixing this?

with the new update the purchase code does not recognize me

If you’re updating from an older version, you would still need to use the old Token registration method to Avada 7.3x and then after updating, register with the Purchase code as recently we’ve moved to purchase code method.

hello, i purchased this theme years ago and have downloaded the updated version – when i go to register the license it says the code is already in use but we have only tested the theme on a test site and the domain isnt live anymore and there isnt a hosted website with this theme or license, it says my support has expired i was wondering what i could do so i can actually use the theme on a live site? without having to purchase it again

1. It it compatable with multisite?
2. Does the license cover sub-sites? Please note that the main site is NOT domain mapped so each subsite will be something like: client1.mysite.com client2.mysite.com client3.mysite.com client4.mysite.com client5.mysite.com

4. Are woocommerce elements included?

2) A single license will be valid for a single site. For site/subsites will need a new purchase
3) Yes, we do have a live editor
4) Yes, there are Woocommerce elements and you can also create custom Woocommerce pages

Hi guys! I purchased your theme in 2014 with the licence and the terms were that I can install on as many sites as I want to. And I did install it on my around 5 sites, using one lincence. And without any notifications you have changes your terms. My purchase / transaction in 2014 was on different terms and conditions, I wonder why you changed it within my deal?

Nothing in terms of license has been changed recently, it was never allowed to use Avada on more than one domain ever.

Ammar, I don’t see the dates in those regulations. My question is that why I could install it without any issues on all my sites before? Currently, and I have to admit that I didn’t install for over a year, I am experiencing the issues? I assume, you simply changed the terms.

To clarify, Envato sets the terms and conditions for licenses for any and all themes purchased via Themeforest. Theme authors have zero control or influence over these terms.

Hi, i have an issue with Youtube video Background for sections. If i use youtube or vimeo link i see white page however if i use local video store in wp it works fine. Any suggestion?

Can you please make sure that you have the YouTube or Vimeo API enabled in this case from your Avada Global Options > Advanced > Theme Features tab? if that is not the case you might not see the videos, if however the issue still persists please open a support ticket further and our team will gladly assist you.

Hi, Yes all api are enabled. But i notice that works random on mobile. Can be the Cache plugin interfere with that?

Hi, the issue persist on first load. If i visit the home after loading another page the background video works fine but if u load the home first time all stop. videos Uploaded or youtube, both dosnt work.

If by modal for portfolio you mean that portfolio content can open in a separate modal, that I am afraid is not a possibility right now as they will open in a new page or same page of their own, the post types can not be opened inside the modal.

Hello, I searched everywhere and cant find where to change main menu color. I want the green to become blue, but in layout – classic custom header, there is no option for text main menu color and the line above. Hello, my support have expired. It’s been 5-7 years I have not used the theme, and currently there is none of my website using the theme. Now, I want to use the theme again, so that I just need to renew the support for $42, or I have to buy the $60 license again?

The theme license is for lifetime actually so you don’t need to do any of them, you can still use the theme on 1 single domain and also get the updated version without paying anything, however if you need our support assistance you may need to renew your support license further to open a support ticket.

You can always change your product license from one license to another by simply removing the older license and then assigning an ew one to it from your Avada register tab, also regarding the mobile layout page builder now we already have our own Visibility Options to create different layout for mobile and Desktop.

Yes, the theme should be able to do that for you now, however regarding the multiple column on mobile on carousel, that might require some custom CSS adjustments in both cases.

You can remove the magnifying glass from Avada > Global Options > Extras > Featured Image Rollover and change the icons from there, so you can only select the Link Icon and disable the zoom one, secondly if you are using the default contact page template, it can not be edited so we suggest creating a page manually in this case where you can place the content yourself.
