Hello, we are trying to figure out how to allow the live search and search result page to allow for plural versions of words to be allowed and presented. For instance if someone types in the word candle they results show but if they type n candles the nothing shows. Can you please help us navigate how to make that possible utilizing your system? I use cloudflare and set to cache my site. The cart contents show other people’s cart before updated to current visitor cart contents. The updating takes split seconds, but still it looks unprofessional. Why other people can see other people contents? I think it not just cloudflare, it will be the same with other cache plugin. This doesnt happened with other theme. Just flatsome

To recreate the problem: -) use any cache plugin. For my case I use “WP Cloudflare Super Page Cache” -) Browse couple pages of the shop as loggedout user -) Add many different products to cart. Let say ‘3’ products. -) Purge cache -) Wait 30seconds for all cache to be purged. -) Load homepage and couple product page you can remember -) Remove all your carts -) Browse using other browser or device (To simulate other people browsing) -) Now when you load page as a completely new user, And open pages that you remember previously. For split second you will see the cart total is ‘3’ before it gets updated with 0

To fix: On first load the contents of the cart should be empty, before ajax takes care of showing the updated contents. We should only show real cart value if its requested by ajax.

Instead you make your own minicart and do it incorrectly.

To fix the cart count: element-cart.php (line 45 & line 49) should be changed to 0 element-cart-mobile.php (line 32 & line 36) Should be changed to 0

You also need to change the subtotal part

Thanks for the native variation swatches feature which is perfect except with “Use variation images” where for product page containing for example the attributes “Color” and “Size”, the image does not vary when clicking on the colors if you have not selected at least one of the sizes (no problem on the collection page in the same configuration). It would be great if this could be improved to avoid having to force a default size for each product sheet (which I find less good for the UX).

Hola, yo adquirí Flatsome Theme y lo coloque en el dominio tecnystore.com, paso el tiempo y todo estaba bien pero ahora me dice que active flatsome nuevamente para el mismo dominio y coloco el codigo activar que venia con la compra y dice que aparece que ya hace parte de un dominio ( que es el mismo al que me desactivaron la licencia) y entro a la parte de mis licencias y aparece la compra pero aparece que no tiene ningun dominio registrado, necesito que me habiliten mi dominio nuevamente pues lo desactivaron del sistema y quieren que vuelva a pagar por algo que ya es mio

Why addtocart button on product catalog and product page has different color? How to change the color of ATC button on page catalog? I change via ‘Style > Color > Add to cart button’ but didnt change the button color on product catalog. Why?

All ecommerce giant site. Have the same color of CTA button across their site in 1 domain. Its uniform with their primary color scheme. But with flatsome its confusing why you choose to make 2 colors of add to cart button?

Hello trying to get help on this theme. I am trying to find out how to keep the yith heart icon on top right of product picture to stay behind other elements such as the drop down menu. The drop-down menu shows up behind the heart and it ruins the look. If I could disable the heart that would be fine too I just need the drop down menu created with ux blocks to appear on top.
