When i update elementor my website was down and show me error with porto functionality,

I have debugged it deeper and finds that this is because of the very latest and Major update of the Elementor plugin version 3.4.0, this plugin version is released a day ago, so we are working on the compatibility of that latest version of the plugin with our Theme, we will release a new Theme update soon with fixed that issue. so please be patience for now, and wait for the new update of the Theme.

For now, I have a workaround for this, you have to downgrade the Elementor plugin version, please go to WP-Dashboard >> Elementor >> Tools >> Version Control and Rollback version to 3.3.1 and save changes, finally check back your site after removing the browser cache, it will solve your issue.

I can’t update my theme or porto functionality plugin it’s saying Can’t connect to Porto API Server, I’m not using Elementor but WP Bakery and the site has loads of errors.

You have to rest the purchase code and then reactivate it with same purchase code and then try to update the Theme and finally update the plugins one by one, I am sure it will work for you.

I have debugged it deeper and finds that this is because of the very latest and Major update of the Elementor plugin version 3.4.0, this plugin version is released a day ago, so we are working on the compatibility of that latest version of the plugin with our Theme, we will release a new Theme update soon with fixed that issue. so please be patience for now, and wait for the new update of the Theme.

For now, I have a workaround for this, you have to downgrade the Elementor plugin version, please go to WP-Dashboard >> Elementor >> Tools >> Version Control and Rollback version to 3.3.1 and save changes, finally check back your site after removing the browser cache, it will solve your issue.

Your theme (Porto) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files. These files may need updating to ensure they are compatible with the current version of WooCommerce. Suggestions to fix this:

Update your theme to the latest version. If no update is available contact your theme author asking about compatibility with the current WooCommerce version. If you copied over a template file to change something, then you will need to copy the new version of the template and apply your changes again.

This is because you are using an older version of the Theme 6.0.6, so you have to update your Theme to the very latest version 6.1.6: https://www.portotheme.com/wordpress/porto/documentation/changelog/ and also updates the plugins as well, I am sure it will solve your issue.

Good morning, I have bought your template since I had to set up a woocommerce. In your demonstrations I saw them very fast as you indicate but it turns out that when I have loaded it in my Host it goes Very Slow. I have not made almost any modifications to it and instead of adding I have removed many of the things that do not serve me. I have done some speed test with PageSpeed Insights and the grade is horrible. I am doing something wrong?

@phozeex strategy worked for me. Although it rolled back to 3.2.5 even though I chose 3.3.0 – all good though, its restored and no error. Just waiting on update now.

We have setup the newsletter form in footer using contact form 7 plugin and styled it using Custom CSS, and that Custom CSS will be imported with the Demo Import like: https://postimg.cc/1gszp3zr so you have to style your form by yourself using Custom CSS, or reset your site and Import the Demo again with Contact Form 7 plugin.

Guys, elementor update is no good, GO TO Elementor>Tools>Version Control>Rollback Version 3.3.0 and pro if you have, Save, General>Regenerate Files & Data, Sync, Save ;) now its fixed, wait for theme update

apparently the Porto Theme – Functionality plugin, is not working properly and has broken my page. I had to uninstall it, so that the page can be displayed. I think it needs to be updated or repaired, so that it can have compatibility with php version: 7.3.28 of my website.

When I activate it, the page falls and the message is as follows: ¨There has been a critical error on this website.¨

Hi! I installed the site on wordpress 5.8, version php 7.4. I installed Elementor Free, Woo Commerce, the necessary plugin Porto Functionality and installed the shop29 demo.
