Hello, @alisedighi23,
I have debugged it deeper and finds that this is because of the very latest and Major update of the Elementor plugin version 3.4.0, this plugin version is released a day ago, so we are working on the compatibility of that latest version of the plugin with our Theme, we will release a new Theme update soon with fixed that issue. so please be patience for now, and wait for the new update of the Theme.
For now, I have a workaround for this, you have to downgrade the Elementor plugin version, please go to WP-Dashboard >> Elementor >> Tools >> Version Control and Rollback version to 3.3.1 and save changes, finally check back your site after removing the browser cache, it will solve your issue.

Hello, @sarahckinder,

Your theme (Porto) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files. These files may need updating to ensure they are compatible with the current version of WooCommerce. Suggestions to fix this:
Update your theme to the latest version. If no update is available contact your theme author asking about compatibility with the current WooCommerce version. If you copied over a template file to change something, then you will need to copy the new version of the template and apply your changes again.
Please help and solve this problem. Thanks
Hello, @vaskodagama54,
This is because you are using an older version of the Theme 6.0.6, so you have to update your Theme to the very latest version 6.1.6: https://www.portotheme.com/wordpress/porto/documentation/changelog/ and also updates the plugins as well, I am sure it will solve your issue.
Good morning, I have bought your template since I had to set up a woocommerce. In your demonstrations I saw them very fast as you indicate but it turns out that when I have loaded it in my Host it goes Very Slow. I have not made almost any modifications to it and instead of adding I have removed many of the things that do not serve me. I have done some speed test with PageSpeed Insights and the grade is horrible. I am doing something wrong?
Above, because of accelerating the speed of the page with its add-on speed Optimize Wizard, not only has it not accelerated anything but it has removed two of the main menus. Could you tell me how to reset them?
Hello, @thecifu,
We are sorry that you faced some problems working with our theme. But our theme is one of the most optimized on the market. In general, our theme is already optimized and doesn’t have too many resources to make your website slow. Most likely, your website performance suffers from the content you have added to your website. It may happen in case of too many plugins, large not optimized images or other resources. So we suggest you to remove unnecessary plugins, install some kind of JS & CSS optimizing plugins like Better WordPress Minify and a caching plugin like WP Super Cache or use WP Rocket for both tasks. Also, you can use the GTmetrix tool to see what makes your website slow and optimize these parts of your website.
First of all, we would like to tell you that Google very often scores with 20-40 points mobile performance for 99% of websites built with WordPress. To get more points you need to have a really light page. For example remove all sliders, carousels and leave a few banners and products only. Then you will get a high result. But usually, our theme works very fast on mobile devices and doesn’t have any problems with performance. We suggest you test it on a few mobile devices and you will see that there are no real performance problems. Google PageSpeed gives you recommendations on how to improve the performance of your website, but it does not actually measure the speed (aka loading time) of your website. If your site loads fast, you can safely ignore PageSpeed’s recommendations.
The traffic depends on a lot of different factors and not our theme only. The only argument from you was your website’s low score on Google Pagespeed. But it can’t be because of that if your real website speed is quite fast. We suggest you read an article from the WP Rocket team – one of the most experienced companies in terms of WordPress optimization.
https://docs.wp-rocket.me/article/85-google-page-speed-grade-does-not-improve
Porto has optimized HTML, combined JS scripts, minified CSS, has style.css generator, conforms to all the coding standards from WordPress (and it is checked and confirmed by Envato reviewers while uploading our theme to the market). We are always working on improving our theme’s speed and listen to all our customers’ reports. We release updates every 3-5 weeks so if any performance problems are reported they will be fixed asap.
Porto has a detailed article on the speed of the site as well, you can check it here:
https://ptheme.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360020667437--32-Porto-Site-Speed
Porto has Speed Optimization as well which you can use for your site speed up: https://www.portotheme.com/wordpress/porto/documentation/porto-speed-optimize-wizard/
And if you want to revert back the speed optimization wizard, you have to reset it manually by changing the options again…
First of all thanks for the quick response. I have contacted the company where I have hosted my HOSTING and they have recommended that I change my plan. It is something that I am going to test and see if the performance of the web changes.
On the other hand, as I indicated, the template has practically not been touched and no content has been added. In any case, it has been removed, which is why it indicated the problem.
Before proceeding as indicated, I understand that before doing anything and installing plugins like crazy, your template must work the same as your DEMO. If not, something is not working well. Either by plugin versions or whatever. Do you have a version recommendation of plugins with version of the theme?
As for the installed plugins, there are only those that require their own theme, I have not added any more.
The accelerator on the other hand, I already did what he told me and the menus still do not appear. I do not understand the reason and why the truth has caused this.
I leave the url of the web http://www.ganbarustudios.com/ in case you want to see it, I forgot to pass it to you in the first message. Forgiveness.
I forgot, I can’t get the “MY ACCOUNT” section to work either. I have tried deactivating the Woocommerce plugin and activating it and it remains the same. And I have seen that the URL’s point to the pages of the template. Do you know why it can be? I don’t know what to look at anymore.
Sorry for the inconvenience and I would appreciate your answering both questions.
Thanks,

Hi
I downgrade the Elementor plugin version to 3.3.1 and save changes already. The site still crashed.
I also reinstalled Demo Shop 35 but it keeps crashing. I even not edit anything on the site yet. It’s totally fresh install from Porto Setup Wizard. Please show me how to fix it.

I have just submitted a request on Porto support forum. Please help me asap. I considered very carefully to buy your theme and now it’s not working like I expected.
Regards, Max
we need to add subscription in our site but wondering which one is compatible with your theme? thanks
I meant a subscription payment method beside the single payment method add a subscription method
how can we have the newsletter look on the footer like demos? it wasnt imported on demo and it looks horrible when we try a new contact form
Hello, @Maytar,
We have setup the newsletter form in footer using contact form 7 plugin and styled it using Custom CSS, and that Custom CSS will be imported with the Demo Import like: https://postimg.cc/1gszp3zr so you have to style your form by yourself using Custom CSS, or reset your site and Import the Demo again with Contact Form 7 plugin.
Guys, elementor update is no good, GO TO Elementor>Tools>Version Control>Rollback Version 3.3.0 and pro if you have, Save, General>Regenerate Files & Data, Sync, Save
now its fixed, wait for theme update
Hi,
apparently the Porto Theme – Functionality plugin, is not working properly and has broken my page. I had to uninstall it, so that the page can be displayed. I think it needs to be updated or repaired, so that it can have compatibility with php version: 7.3.28 of my website.
When I activate it, the page falls and the message is as follows: ¨There has been a critical error on this website.¨
I urgently need your help., Thank you.

Hi! I installed the site on wordpress 5.8, version php 7.4. I installed Elementor Free, Woo Commerce, the necessary plugin Porto Functionality and installed the shop29 demo. When I enable the Port Functionality plugin, I can’t edit any pages because it gives the error “There is a critical error on your website. Learn more about solving WordPress issues.” and I receive by email that the cause of the critical error is the plugin Porto Functionality. When I disable the plugin I can edit the pages using Elementor. What must I be doing wrong? I look forward to any guidance. Thank you.
