Hi. We ae using the last version of Avada with WP 5.7.2 and the “import/export” global options is not working, show a blank space. Is this a WP version issue? Or a Avada version problem? How could be solve? Regards

We have no issues with our import/export global feature with Avada running on the latest version of WordPress so please double check if other exports functions in WordPress are working for you, try disabling your 3rd party plugin(s) and if the issue persists please open a support ticket with our team further.

For those strugling with pathetic support of this team just to have different link color in sticky menu, here is the solution: Add this code to custom CSS in Global Options:
.fusion-sticky-transition .menu-text, .fusion-sticky-transition .fusion-open-nav-submenu {
color: #00237C !important;
}
We preferred not to touch the code part but the team pushed us to start exploring the code because support is pathetic. They broke the menu of our site in name of support and then turned non-responsive.
Good faith went in vain.

Please do give us 6-12 hours to respond back (on weekends it can take up to 24 hours for us to respond) as our response time will depend on the overall tickets in the queue.
Also, while we try our best to provide super good support, sometimes there can be unexpected issues as with any software. In that case if you need to roll back to undo a change immediately, you can always reach out to your hosting company / server admin. Most create daily / weekly auto backups so you can roll back to a working version of the site with a single click.

Sir, we requested support regarding menu colour. Seems your support team made some changes on the home page after which the problem remained but now we are not able to select menu in Adava Live. Now “Home” has a fixed colour and we don’t know what to do. I am sending mails to revert the changes since we have launch tomorrow. Can you please ask your team member to either revert changes he made or at least inform us what all he changed so that we can revert it ourselves.

There is no update over email. If your developer does not have time, request you to PLEASE ask your developer to let us know what did he change and we will work on it.
We are going ahead recreating the menu. Seems you guys are interested in Sale only. Above it your support team has no sense of responsibility to inform what they changed.

Hello. I used method of cloning main page of my site to another page of the same site, which is described in the video https://bit.ly/3BOCKMG. But only header, slider and footer are cloned. Another block are not cloned. How to solve this problem?

That is correct because the documentation is only meant to export the Avada Page Options and not content, if you want to copy the content simply either clone the page or just save the page in library to be used later on, another method is to simply copy and paste the content of page to another page, if you need further assistance with this, please open a support ticket and our team will gladly assist you further.

Hello, I’ve been struggling with some basic styling options, especially those for the sticky header.
Global Layout – In transparent header text and logo are in white. I need help to change the color settings in sticky menu.
For sticky menu: 1. Text need to be in black on a white background. 2. The logo should change to black.
