I have re uploaded the Porto Theme version and check on Theme Options the version is version 6.1.7
I have tried rolled back into Elementor 3.4.1 to 3.4.0 having the same issue, and then back to 3.3.1 the website back normally.
How to fix this?

Thanks for the quick answer, but I already tried to deactivate and then reactivate the theme, but the error is still there. So it’s not about activation, there is something else wrong with the update package I guess.

I have just checked and finds that your IP was in blacklist, so I have whitelisted it now, please reactivate the Theme again and then try to update, Otherwise try the manual solution listed in above given article.

Using latest version of porto – on woocommerce single product page, the images either just freezup and don’t let the user move through to the other images in the product gallery (or bring up a larger version), or it displays very strange and makes the images really small – There are some errors in console which i have provided for you:

This seems to be the Slider Revolution settings issue, Please make sure “Defer Javascript Loading” under WP-Admin -> Slider Revolution -> Global Settings is OFF, I hope this will solve your issue.

Ok problem solved. I deactivated and activate the license code from my porto theme license page. And update and activate the Porto Theme – Functionality plugin. And it works.

Greetings p-themes. After updating Porto Themes to version 6.1.7, the product display does not work with woocomerce. it just reads it indefinitely (see screen 1). In woocomerce the status says that its component is not current porto / woocommerce / content-product_cat.php version 2.6.1 is out of date. The core version is 4.7.0

Sorry for the inconvenience, it is showing only a single WooCommerce template as outdated because WooCommerce releases its update and that is why the single template of the theme has outdated, Our development department is working on the theme update and soon hopefully within a couple of days, you will find an updated version of the theme with solved this outdated template issue so until that please be patience.

Can you please follow the below listed debugging processes one by one, it will help you in finding the cause of the issue.
I. Make sure you have everything up to date (Theme, Plugins, Translations files)
II. Remember to reset ALL cache etc after a plugin or theme update.
III. Disable all plugins except WooCommerce and recheck if the issue persists
IV. Check the browser dev console on errors (F12, on most if not all browsers)
V. Double-check your own Custom CSS, or Custom Snippets in function.php is causing it
VI. If you have setup the Porto Speed Optimization Wizard, then please reset it and set all the options to default, uncheck all the options and save changes/compile and check back your site after removing the cache of the browser.
VII. Can you please check once by activating the WP default Theme Twenty Twenty, If the issue will still persist with the default WP Theme then it will make clear that the issue is not from Porto WordPress Theme and then you have to contact the WP and WooCommerce support for fixing it with the default WP Theme and once it will fix with the default WP Theme, It will automatically work with Porto WordPress Theme as well.

Right at the beginning, I made point VII. and the product is displayed with the default theme. So it’s a problem in Porto.
Point I. everything is current, theme, plugins, translations, everything.
Point II. I remove the cache and view the web in 3 different browsers.
Point III. I turned off all plugins that are not needed and did not help. I turned off everything except: Porto Theme – Functionality, WPBakery Page Builder, WooCommerce and Classic Editor.

Point IV. I didn’t do the Porto Speed Optimization Wizard. Now I clicked on it but I didn’t change anything, it didn’t check, it stayed the way it was in the default. Also in the Tools tab I made Clear Transients cache, and Clear Studio Block transients and it still didn’t help.

Why should I buy support when it is not a solution to one of my things, that I can’t do something but a solution to your problem with your product (theme), which worked when purchased and something changes, breaks and so on with each update. This is solved by fixing a thing that worked and does not currently work. And you don’t even know why. I figured it out. This is due to the fact that when you set in Single Product> Product layout> Custom and make your own layout via WPBakers, it does not load for you .. I had to switch it to default to make it work at least as it is. Well, I’m still addicted to CUSTOM, as I have my own fields stacked there and, for example, instead of the add to cart button, I have a link to the form there. Unfortunately, I can’t currently use it because there is a problem that it doesn’t work with your topic.
So solve it and bring an update / fix to make it work. And there is no support for this. Support is that you help me with something, that I can’t set up, switch, etc. .. but not that they are correcting here and detecting errors and we have to do it either alone or with your help .. but even so it does not belong to paid support but rather to help you improve your product.

I am sorry for the misunderstanding, I thought it was not working for you, when I checked it was working for me and you have written nowhere that you found a workaround, and now, as you said that it does not work with Custom Layout, so I have checked it at my end with WP Bakery page builder and Custom Layout, it is working perfectly fine for me, which makes clear that this is not our Theme issue and the issue is on your site only, and as you said that you have used some Custom Form to popup instead of the Add to Cart button, so I think the issue you are facing might be because of your own Custom work which you have used for that popup form or anything extra, so please remove that form and simply add, Add to cart button and check back…
Hope this makes more sense now, and we always tried to help our Customers, and we did not expect anyone would purchase the support for asking to solve the Bug, infact we appreciate it… but for the issues, not the Bugs, and works fine on our side, on demo site, and on other clients sites, then that requires debugging and that requires paid support…

The only change was that instead of the add to cart button there was an ORDER with a link to POPUP via a popupmaker plugin which works well in other links. and it worked well here as well, before it was updated.
Now, instead of the add to cart button, the view cart is displayed there and does not add the product to the cart, but only redirects you to the cart.

Now you want to show it above the content, so for that you also have to copy and paste the below given CSS code to Porto >> Theme Options >> Skin >> Custom CSS and check back your site after removing the browser cache.
