Sorry to say that but we have not tested any of the third-party plugins for this reason with our theme officially, so we are unable to suggest you on it, if the plugin you tested not working for you then this requires Customization to compatible with our Theme.
Hi I have purchased the theme yesterday and I realized that none of the demos are accessible according to Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0. level AA. To be more specific using wave I got multiple “Missing form label” and “20 X Empty button” etc.. My problem is that the project I work on demands that website conforms with accessibility standards. I would like if possible a refund because I have to use specifically an accessibility ready theme.

Please follow the below listed debugging processes one by one, I am sure it will help you in finding the cause of the issue.
I. Make sure you have everything up to date (Theme, Plugins, Translations files)
II. Remember to reset ALL cache etc after a plugin or theme update.
III. Disable all plugins except WooCommerce and recheck if the issue persists
IV. Check the browser dev console on errors (F12, on most if not all browsers)
V. Double-check your own Custom CSS, or Custom Snippets in function.php is causing it
VI. If you have setup the Porto Speed Optimization Wizard, then please reset it and set all the options to default, uncheck all the options and save changes/compile and check back your site after removing the cache of the browser.
VII. Can you please check once by activating the WP default Theme Twenty Twenty, If the issue will still presist with default WP Theme then it will make clear that the issue is not from Porto WordPress Theme and then you have to contact the WP and WooCommerce support for fixing it with the default WP Theme and once it will fix with the default WP Theme, It will automatically work with Porto WordPress Theme as well.

In the woocommerce single product settings, I disabled the related products option and enabled the upsell option which works fine on desktop, but on mobile the upsell products are not showing and weirdly the related products are still showing even though its disabled and it doesnt show on desktop… can you tell me the fix please?

On desktop and mobile is different. The desktop works and shows upsell and not related products but on mobile it shows related products only even though I have this disabled.

Sorry to say that but this is not possible with Shop 40 Demo, as it does not have the main menu in the header but in the sidebar, and the header will only become sticky if the Main Menu is under it, that is why it is also known as Sticky Menu, only the particular row will become sticky which has the Main Menu under it. Hope this makes sense.

I just buy the theme with valid license code. I try to install into my server (I still got others website (different domain name) that using PORTO theme with different license) with valid code. Now i not able to proceed. Please helps to reset it.

Maybe in one of the future updates it could be fixed that translations of the theme in the language folder are deleted during each theme update. We have translated the theme with loco translate. We have to restore the translation files after each theme update. Thanks
Dont be fooled by the apparent 6 month of “support” you get when purchasing this theme. Even though you can change the default contact with on this theme the theme still shrinks your container sizes as soon as you start to reduces the resolution sizes. When I asked support for advice on how to chance the themes default container size they literally refused.

The documentation link you supplied really doesn’t explain much that is relevant to what I’m asking for.
I’ve seen support respond to countless comments in this thread publicly helping users by providing CSS code to assist with what they need.

I have just tested it at my end with the latest Theme on my test site and it is working perfectly fine at my end.
Please make sure that you have set/selected the Body Wrapper as “Boxed” from Appearance >> Theme Options >> General and then set the Container Max Width (px) from Appearance >> Theme Options >> Skin >> Layout as per your requirements it will work for you.
It only works with and for the Boxed Layout.

I am sorry but you did not try to explain the support properly, and that was the reason for the misunderstanding, and still, you are not trying to understand me, as I already wrote above that the Container Max Width (px) option only works with Boxed layout, it means it only works with Boxed layout, and regarding different demos, we have different Custom CSS added in the demos, so all have different functionality, so please contact us via our support system again and try to polite with the support and try to explain to them, hope we will try to explain it to you.
I’m unable to update porto using the built in update button in wordpress themes section. My support recently expired for the license number attached to my theme. Do I need to renew support here in order for the built in update button to work?
