I’m using the latest version of porto, then imported shop 10 Elementor demo with the demo content. I wanted to display a custom product page, however I can only see the All & Popup tab in templates builder… There is no tab for Single Product, Header, etc… Also in Elementor settings, i already checked the Templates Builder in General -> Post Types… Is this a bug in this template?

Using the ‘Shop3’ demo theme and I would like to remove the newsletter subscription modal popup in the home page (I’m using WPBakery Page Builder).

I’ve disabled the row element containing the modal popup, but the modal popup continues to appear when the page loads.

By default Porto WordPress provides two functionalities while Importing the Demo content, While Importing any new Demo on your site having content in it, then you have an option: ”Override existing contents”, If you checked it (YES) then it will override all the previous content you have on your site like Posts, Products, Pages, etc.. and vice versa: https://postimg.cc/p9yqzmMP , so you have to uncheck it and it will not override your existing content.

Hello, I have an open ticket with WPML and my issue may be related to the Porto theme, they have received this error code, this is there response:

These errors seem to cause issues with Translation Management as it seems to me that some of the Porto Shortcodes used on the pages are not able to be translated.

Please read and follow the below listed debugging processes one by one, I am sure it will help you in finding the cause of the issue.
I. Make sure you have everything up to date (Theme, Plugins, Translations files)
II. Remember to reset ALL cache etc after a plugin or theme update.
III. Disable all plugins except WooCommerce and recheck if the issue persists
IV. Check the browser dev console on errors (F12, on most if not all browsers)
V. Double-check your own Custom CSS, or Custom Snippets in function.php is causing it
VI. If you have setup the Porto Speed Optimization Wizard, then please reset it and set all the options to default, uncheck all the options and save changes/compile and check back your site after removing the cache of the browser.
VII. Can you please check once by activating the WP default Theme Twenty Twenty, If the issue will still presist with default WP Theme then it will make clear that the issue is not from Porto WordPress Theme and then you have to contact the WP and WooCommerce support for fixing it with the default WP Theme and once it will fix with the default WP Theme, It will automatically work with Porto WordPress Theme as well.

after the recent updates of Porto and WC and another plugin i am using for Custom Related Products https://wordpress.org/plugins/wt-woocommerce-related-products/ the style of the related products broke up.
what i mean is your Porto theme style has a 4 column nice slider no borders, sexy bullets on the top right corner etc. That was working with this plugin until the updates all great! i had YOUR style but properly working related products shown there and not the default which by WC engine is many times unrelated.
i don’t know what caused this. Your update? WC update? the plugin Update? but 6 days ago or so i dont have this look any more and looks like this: https://the-istore.gr/armor-ringstand-case-black-xiaomi-poco-f3/ (check the bottom)i have already opened a ticket to the plugin team, but i would like also your thoughts how to force PORTO amazing style over this crap? You have only one related product to that particular product page: https://the-istore.gr/armor-ringstand-case-black-xiaomi-poco-f3/ and that might be because of this, it is not showing as slider and bullets, so please try to set more related products and check back that the slider and bullets will appear or not.

this is now the style of the other plugin! if i tell it to support slider it gives me different ugly (for us) slider with borders etc and arrows…... but if i disable the plugin and just enable Porto Theme option of “related products” it will show then nicely BUT the related products are not really related, are just random WC crap. Before the last weeks updates, we had the style of Porto theme, and the functionality ONLY of the plugin.
