I understand that in recent weeks there are big compatibility problems between plugins, theme and wordpress (and my hosting?). I have to limit the installed plugins otherwise the site (castelbuono.org) goes down or doesn’t work for mobile and several other problems that I have never had in the past. Generally your theme is unsurpassed, and I have tried many. What is happening?

I have been able to hide the author’s name when a post is visible on the homepage (using Theme Panel > Block Settings), but I haven’t been able to do so inside the actual post itself.
I have seen you reply to other people where you have provided two screenshots inside the Theme Panel, but the Post Settings have changed and what I need is no longer there.
Right now, I am using the Pulse Pro website (it’s my first day, and I’m not going live for a few weeks). I haven’t downloaded anything from the cloud. I simply created a post and published it. I couldn’t find an option to even use a template anyway; so, I am guessing it’s not a cloud file. Saying that, I can’t find out how I can create and save a template, and then select it when creating a new post. I guess I will have to look through your forum for answers to that 
But, please can you tell me how I hide the author’s name inside the post. As mentioned, it’s no longer in Theme Panel > Post Settings.
Also, the big author box takes up far too much space and is unnecessary. Where can I turn off that option inside the Theme Panel? ...please don’t say it’s CSS, haha. Please make it easy for me with an on / off switch 
By the way, I am coming from an older WP theme where I didn’t upgrade for a few years, and I am finding it hard to adjust to Gutenberg. What happened to the widgets page? Omg, it’s an empty page, haha. It used to be so easy. Maybe that’s where I can hide the large Author box?

Hi, It’s okay. I figured out how to import / download a cloud template and quickly delete the large author box and set it to Global. Nice.

I am finding that your online documentation is extremely out of date. I installed Newspaper 11 a couple of says ago, but your website is mostly showing images and videos from version 9.
All of your instructions don’t make any sense because you have obviously made so many changes in the updated versions that I am completely wasting my time trying to learn the process.
Also, your YouTube videos are mostly all out of date. I expected to see hundreds of how to videos and tutorials, and I was becoming excited about your product, but after two days I am beginning to feel a little duped. Things you said are in a certain place no longer exist, and the time spent looking for something is not appreciated.
Do you have more current documentation and video tutorials? If not, I see no point in you even having the documentation because it’s out of date by a long way.

1. How do I copy the homepage?

I want to make a copy of the homepage and use the same layout for each category homepage. I don’t like the current ’blog’ layout.
If not, how do I update the category (blog) homepages?
2. How do I save an element as a template?
There are identical elements on the homepage that I had to manually change so they are all the same; updating / saving / creating an element would be a better way. Can that be done?
3. How do I copy an element and paste it somewhere else?

It would be better to provide support by forum or even by email, instead of using the themeforest dashboard which is mainly for presale questions.

That could be possible, although it isn’t in my opinion the best way to do things required on a website using a small screen phone, in most cases. Using the composer builder however requires a computer, maybe some other functions as well. So it depends, I can’t say that everything from the theme perspective can be used fully and optimal on a mobile phone unfortunately.

Those extra options are for standard templates, meaning templates from the standard pack plugin. Is this plugin active on your website? https://prnt.sc/1qsglwe If not, the settings won’t be available. If you need them, please activate the standard pack plugin. I believe it is inactive now, that would explain it.

How can I show the Review Stars along with the Overall Score on the Sidebar ? Currently its showing the Review Stars only.

So if you are using a cloud post template, you can display any or all of the 3 review elements from my screenshot, in the location you want, including the sidebar. Hello. Somehow my theme got updated to 11.2 and now the 3 lines menu button on mobile is broken, it might work once, but then just zooms out the page a bit after that and doesn’t work when pushing the button. Two pushes is normal for the button to initially start working on my site btw, I did a few things to improve the page speed insights score, but it was working fine before with version 11.0
I figured out the issue. It was the Asset Cleanup Pro plugin causing it, but even with a lot of features disabled in the plugin, it still happened. And when I disable the plugin, all the custom colors and gradient are removed from the mobile menu and footer, if I enable the plugin the colors and gradient comes back.

So even after disabling that plugin there are still problems. Try clearing the cache if you haven’t already. If there are colors set in the theme, they should be used and displayed. I was hoping to use your Newspaper theme to create a membership website built around a community and social networking using BuddyPress and bbPress integration and Paid Membership Pro but in the end I settled for the Gwangi theme instead.
It’s nowhere near as flexible as Newspaper but it’s developed with a specific purpose in mind using more of a sales funnel approach on the homepage design. I’ll miss the variety of blog post layouts with Newspaper and, of course, your wonderful support for sure. I’m signed up for your newsletter so let us know if you ever create a template with this kind of specific purpose. I’ll be back in a flash.

When you added your own images in the imported gallery, did you use a larger or full image size? Hi! I had a ‘Standard’ template installed on my website, so I decided to switch to ‘COV-19 Italy Report PRO’ template. I noticed that after this change some categories were deleted and a page I created was deleted too. I would like to know if this behavior is normal and if it is any configuration I can do to avoid this delete problem.

If perhaps you were using demo pages and categories as your own, please note that they will be removed when installing a different demo. Uninstalling a demo, or installing a new one, will remove everything from the initial demo that was installed. This is normal. So the images are not appearing in the blocks? That would mean there is a problem. Usually image issues are caused by image optimization plugins in most cases. Hello, I used to like your theme very much. But today, I felt very offended when someone who visited my website reported that it was displaying a page stating “the theme is unlicensed/nulled” 
There is some problem with your update mechanism or licensing server/mechanism or WordPress compatibility. The moment I logged into the admin dashboard, the message disappeared and doesnt show the error anymore. How can I be sure that this wont happen again in future.

Thank you for considering pour theme. I believe you mean adding more ads in the header/footer. Using a cloud header template and a cloud footer template https://cloud.tagdiv.com/#/load/All you can place as many ad boxes in them as needed https://i.imgur.com/UVmH1Md.png Ad boxes can display ads, there is not limit to how may ad boxes are used. So perhaps you do not need to use a plugin, to display as many ads as you want in the header and footer is already possible with the theme. If you have questions, let me know.
