when I made the last update certain elements on the page did not work. the instruction is to: Important notice: PRO Elements plugin is obsolete. All its features were transferred into The7 Elements plugin. We recommend you install and activate The7 Elements and remove the PRO Elements plugin. however when the PRO elements are switched off then the primary slider and individual parts of the side disappear.

I am planning a purchase. Have a design prepared for my client in place. As the project has turned huge with need to have dynamic pages for different events as well as similar listings that I am expecting to update from WordPress admin dashboard. Hi! On the verge of buying this, but just want to clarify a few questions first:
1) Can we use WooCommerce subscriptions with it? 2) Can the Elementor templates be used with WooCommerce to build an ecommerce shop or is WooCommerce not compatible with the Elementor themes from the7? 3) Is there a free demo or can I schedule a meeting for a walkthrough of the template or any way to try the template before buying?

1)This plugin is not tested with the theme. But it looks like to be rather related to payments, which are not affected by the theme. So there is a high chance of being compatible. Though, we cannot guarantee it, of course. Thank you for your understanding!
@bhendo00: I have the same errors. Further the update of those plugins doesn’t work because of not activated license. I am very happy with The7 design and the scope, but no update is no solution for the future… Does anybody know how to fix? Re-download the theme and upload it doesn’t fix it.
Hello! May I ask if you are trying to update it through the standard interface Dashboard -> Plugins or Dashboard -> The7 -> Plugins.
At first I tried it through the standard interface Dashboard > Plugins. This doesn’t work. Now I tried it again through Dashboard > The7 > Plugins and yeah, it works! Thanks a lot !
But why is it not licensed? I think I have the same problem again when it will be updated next time.

hello… Just checking to see if anyone else is having issues updating the The7 WPBakery Page Builder. I have multiple sites running this theme, and updates are ALWAYS perfect, this is by far the best wordpress theme. But as I am updating the theme version and then the plugins, the The7 WPBakery Page Builder is giving errors… In the past we have had to delete this plugin and then re install it. Is that the case again… Just checking… THANKS!

1. The theme has never been tested with this framework. To be honest, we do not recommend overlaying frameworks. The7 is a completely self-sufficient tool. I don’t think you’ll need genesis. Talking about WPEngine itself, yes – the theme works fine at this hosting.
2. According to Envato rules, 1 website = 1 license. This is true for all ThemeForest themes, not The7 only.

Hey ! Thank you for quick response. However I didn’t get what you meant by logical parts of one website. Well I have students which I want to try to build blog with page builder and I will have multisite plugin install and I will have pre build templates for them and they can select template and it will install for them and they can learn but it will be on one website with different dir.

- live and dev copies. Like example.com and example.com/dev/
- logical parts, like example.com and example.com/blog/ or example.com/shop/.
The fact you have a paid course for students rather sounds like a case for the Extended License. Could you please contact Envato support again and emphasize this is not the case with dev copies or blog/shop subfolder. I think they didn’t consider this aspect.
It’s not like we are trying to ping-pong you, just Envato is the one who establishes license rules.
