Hi PT teams , I’m currently using Porto theme demo (shop35) , however I visit my website and it not shows heart icon status (Wishlist icon) on the top of the header main although i was installed YITH WooCommerce wishlist , it still shows on Mobile – Tablet mode but it not shows on Website mode. This seems to be because of the Revolution Slider plugin setting, please make sure ”Defer Javascript Loading” & “Load Files asynchronously” under WP Admin -> Slider Revolution -> Global Settings is OFF

I wanted to update the theme. Everything is ok except that I cannot install your “porto-functionality” plugin! I saw that I was not the only one with this problem. I followed the procedure: i’m reset license with your link, I reactivated my purchase code … and still unable to reinstall the plugin! How to do ? My support has expired …

It doesn’t work at all. Same problem. It showing that is active but when i try to import demo content i have this message:

Shop 1 installation is failed! This code was already used in another site. One standard license is valid for only 1 website. Running multiple websites with a single license is a license violation according to Envato license terms. If this is a valid case, you can reset your purchase codes through here.

In some where on your database my license is registered to another site.

I am not being able to save any elemt on WPBakery Page Builder..

I am using Porto for a client who bought the theme himself. Therefor I can’t access the proper support channel.

EDIT: Using latest version of Porto and the Functionalities plugin. All plugins are on latest version. Debugged by disabling all plugins one by one.

I’ve bought this theme several times,, this time I use the demo “Architecture 2” some things i want to ask in this demo,

Please follow the below listed debugging processes one by one, I am sure it will help you in finding the cause of the issue.

I.   Make sure you have everything up to date (Theme, Plugins, Translations files)
II.  Remember to reset ALL cache etc after a plugin or theme update.
III. Disable all plugins except WooCommerce and recheck if the issue persists
IV.  Check the browser dev console on errors (F12, on most if not all browsers)
V.   Double-check your own Custom CSS, or Custom Snippets in function.php is causing it
VI.  If you have setup the Porto Speed Optimization Wizard, then please reset it and set all the options to default, uncheck all the options and save changes/compile and check back your site after removing the cache of the browser.

Hi porto team, I have a problem in the checkout with payment methodes are not displayed inline with the circles to choose between them on mobil. What css code do I need for the label.porto-control-label to fix it?

Is this a common porto issue? It happens just for the payment methodes of Stripe and Mollie, the Paypal Icon is fine.

Thanks for the answer. The combination of 26% works fine for stripe and mollie payments on mobil devices but not for paypal and vorkasse. And it also causes the same problem as before on desktop….

I can renew the support for sure, but I think this is a technical theme issue and not a classic support case.

This is not the technical issue but this is the issue on your site only and that is because of the payment plugins you used, you have to check with the payment plugins Authors, and check what they say about it, as this issue is not on our Demo sites, and if 26% is not working for you then you can change the value which better works for you and if it creates the issue on Desktop, you can add that code in media query for only working on mobile devices like:

Yes, we use Porto theme on two separate websites and Apple Pay doesn’t work on them. It only displays this weird — OR — next to add to cart button. I’m super disappointed that you guys are not going to fix that.

Have an issue were I am not able to select product images on single product page while using mobile. (Testing on iPhone 12)

On the live search there is not a spin circle during the search, is it normal ? I don’t see it too on your demo, and for a user, he does not know if the search is doing or not… not nice UX so

There are 2 searches our theme provides, first theme default live search and second yith woocommerce ajax search and it is also pre-packaged with our theme.

Hello, after quite a bit of research I think I’ll buy this template. I have one pre-sales question however. I viewed a theme called Brooklyn and there is an effect called the “Hero Rain Effect” which is quite subtle and cool. I don’t know if that is proprietary to the theme developer of if they’re using a 3rd party plug-in.

Regardless I believe your theme is more adequate for my particular business and SEO but I am curious about that effect.
