Following my ticket, support just sent me the plugin to install. But it still does not work (it is not a problem of installation but activation). Still impossible to activate “porto-functionality”! I immediately responded to support, which has not given any news since. It’s very annoying because my website has not worked for more than 3 days!

Well, this is a problem. I am having the following message when trying to import demo content: Shop 1 installation is failed! This code was already used in another site. One standard license is valid for only 1 website. Running multiple websites with a single license is a license violation according to Envato license terms. EDIT: Using latest version of Porto and the Functionalities plugin. All plugins are on latest version. Debugged by disabling all plugins one by one.

Actually, to use the “Scroll by id” function you must have a menu item with the ID to call the section on that landing page it’s good for a few sections but for most, it will not be good because of too many menus items. So it’s good to set the one menu with that section ID and in the section show all the content you want. That’s why we set this in our official site on the “Demos” menu item when you click on it, it will let you to the demos section where we set all the demos of our theme. Please follow the below listed debugging processes one by one, I am sure it will help you in finding the cause of the issue.
I. Make sure you have everything up to date (Theme, Plugins, Translations files)
II. Remember to reset ALL cache etc after a plugin or theme update.
III. Disable all plugins except WooCommerce and recheck if the issue persists
IV. Check the browser dev console on errors (F12, on most if not all browsers)
V. Double-check your own Custom CSS, or Custom Snippets in function.php is causing it
VI. If you have setup the Porto Speed Optimization Wizard, then please reset it and set all the options to default, uncheck all the options and save changes/compile and check back your site after removing the cache of the browser.

Please check it on mobil devices – the problem is still there on iPhone 11 f.e. It is not possible to see the problem in mobil mode on desktop browser…

Thanks for the answer. The combination of 26% works fine for stripe and mollie payments on mobil devices but not for paypal and vorkasse. And it also causes the same problem as before on desktop….
I can renew the support for sure, but I think this is a technical theme issue and not a classic support case.

This is not the technical issue but this is the issue on your site only and that is because of the payment plugins you used, you have to check with the payment plugins Authors, and check what they say about it, as this issue is not on our Demo sites, and if 26% is not working for you then you can change the value which better works for you and if it creates the issue on Desktop, you can add that code in media query for only working on mobile devices like:

Yes, we use Porto theme on two separate websites and Apple Pay doesn’t work on them. It only displays this weird — OR — next to add to cart button. I’m super disappointed that you guys are not going to fix that.

There are 2 searches our theme provides, first theme default live search and second yith woocommerce ajax search and it is also pre-packaged with our theme.

Hello, after quite a bit of research I think I’ll buy this template. I have one pre-sales question however. I viewed a theme called Brooklyn and there is an effect called the “Hero Rain Effect” which is quite subtle and cool. I don’t know if that is proprietary to the theme developer of if they’re using a 3rd party plug-in.
Regardless I believe your theme is more adequate for my particular business and SEO but I am curious about that effect.
