Hi, pre purchase question. I see there is both Visual Composer and WPBakery. are they both used at the same time or how do you recommend setting up the theme for best possible options? Or maybe just go with elemntor?

You can use the theme/demo with any one of the page builders on your site at a single time, we do not recommend using multiple page builders on your site at a single time as it will conflict with one another, so the best way to go with one single page builder at the single time.

Does this have a catalog only mode (so it gets rid of prices/stock/etc…) and can you have all data tabs shown instead of the accordion option?

Unfortunately, we have not tested the particular plugin with our Theme officially till now, so we are unable to suggest you on it, you can go with Dokan or WCFM multi-vendor plugins, those are already pre-packaged with our Theme, Otherwise with alidrop plugin compatibility requires Customization for now,

Can you please check it once with activating the WP default Theme like Twenty Twenty one and check how it behaves with the default WP Theme, if the issue will presist with the default WP Theme as well, then it means the issue is not from our Theme but from WP and in that case you have to contact the WP support, Otherwise, please contact us via our support system with your site WP Admin Login details so that we will check it for you and help you out.

Hello. i was wondering how i can add a custom font other than google fonts to the theme? since i want to use a persian font which is not in google font. and also please help me with using google font too since i did see the section in style but it just doesn’t have any arabic fonts which is vital for my work. thank you
i also noticed something else that as i am trying to change some style like primary color in custom section, some features colors changed and some are still reading their color from somewhere called primary too! please help with this issue too

Sorry to say that but this is not possible, we have added almost every Google Font under Custom Fonts, but the Persian Font is not there, so this requires Customization for now.

So I changed the php version to test and now I have the following error Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 41943040 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 32768 bytes) in /home/cimensuldistribu/public_html/wp-admin/includes/file.php on line 1147

I have debugged it deeper and finds that this is because of the very latest and Major update of the Elementor plugin version 3.4.0, this plugin version is released a day ago, so we are working on the compatibility of that latest version of the plugin with our Theme, we will release a new Theme update soon with fixed that issue. so please be patience for now, and wait for the new update of the Theme.
For now, I have a workaround for this, you have to downgrade the Elementor plugin version, please go to WP-Dashboard >> Elementor >> Tools >> Version Control and Rollback version to 3.3.1 and save changes, finally check back your site after removing the browser cache, it will solve your issue.

Hello Developer, I have a problem, I cannot set any value to quantity text box in cart.html page on page load. It automatically sets to “1” as the value in cart.html page.
So when the user need to load any existing cart list, it doesn’t load any other value to quantity text box as it seems like forcely changes to “1” with some complex JQuery in main.js
Can I stop this force reset the quantity field value to “1” on Cart.html page (On product details page, it is ok to set to “1” as default qty before adding to cart)
