Hi, where do I get the latest update? I dont see it in the Appearence page (I have connected the lisence). I downloaded the Themeforest latest files, but I dont see it there either. What is the latest version number? The log says 1.1 but that is from 2020, not 2021. Also is the latest versin having updates for Page builder and revolution slider? – Anne

This is most likely happening because of the new WordPress update. In case that you are running latest WordPress version, please note that we haven’t tested our theme with WP 5.8 yet, however you can try using this plugin as a temporary solution if you run into issues with widgets on the latest WordPress version.
Usually demo import issues are related to weak resources and you can see our recommendations regarding those in this article Recommended PHP Versions And Resources And How To Set Them.
For demo import please follow instructions from this article How To Import Demo Content Using The One-Click Demo Import Feature. On the off chance that you’ve waited for a while and the demo import didn’t finish properly, you can try importing via XML import.

Hello, can you update the theme? It’s been over almost 11 months, some required plugins are outdated (which is a security risk) and the MindCare core plugin is conflicting with WordPress 5.8 and other updated plugins like WPML.

Thanks for taking an interest! Appointments are added with Booked plugin and this plugin offers a possibility to add bulk time slots (please check official plugin documentation in this link). For payment, you can use WooCommerce with the Booked Payments add-on to support paid appointments, but please check this with the plugin author as well.

Hello, does the Theme have a content type like “services” or “portfolio” or anything like that? I havent found any of these kind of pages in the demo…? Does it come with more prebuilt pages or only the ones in the demo?

Our MIndCare theme does not include Portfolio custom post type, unfortunately, and all our theme features are presented on our demo website. You can for sure build additional pages on your end, combine, rearrange and remove any of the consisting ones as well.

Hi, A couple of pre-purchase questions. 1) Is it possible to block (multiple sessions spread across multiple days) book an appointment? 2) Waiting list for an unavailable time slot? 3) Are user able to pay for an appointment during the booking process? 4)Are appointment cancellation and rescheduling possible?

Thank you for taking interest in our theme.
1. Appointments are added with Booked plugin and this plugin offers a possibility to add bulk time slots (please check official plugin documentation in this link), however it can only be added for a single day, not for multiple days.
2. Unfortunately this is not a feature of Booked plugin. Once the available appointments are booked the ‘Unavailable’ message will be displayed ( please see screenshot ).
3. This is also not a feature of the Booked plugin, however, you can set appointments to need approval and once the client send you confirmation of payment you can approve the appointment. Before that appointment will be listed as pending ( see screenshot ). We see that Booked plugin authors suggest an WooCommerce Payments plugin add on, however they can give you more precise answers related to this part.
4. This is possible by navigating to ‘Pending’ appointments and here you can change the date or remove the appointment ( see screenshot ).

Once you install the theme, you do have an option to import the demo content which will give you access to all the pages and their settings so you will be able to easily remove, add or rearrange any content to suit your needs. Usually demo import issues may be related to weak resources and you can read more about it here.
You can change the font colors within our theme options, as well as you can combine any of the pages that come included.
The theme is compatible with WooCommerce and Yoast however please understand that we have not tested Nelio plugins nor can guaranty theme compatibility.

Hi,
We bought and currently using the theme on one of our client’s website (reachabatherapy.com). We encounter just a bit of an issue with mobile responsiveness of the fonts.
I noticed it is not responsive and no specific setting to fix or allow the fonts to be responsive on mobile. When i change the size (while on mobile mode in wpbakery), it changes the whole thing even on the desktop and tablet version.
Can you please check and advise cause there are a lot of sections on the website that we want to update the font size. Thank you!

So I deleted a site I was working on to start a new one (on the same domain) before deregistering the theme. Now I cannot use the theme anymore? How do I resolve this issue?

Hello, I am trying to register my theme, so I can import demo into it. When I click on register theme It’s stuck on “Please wait” message. I already opened a ticket 3 days ago for the activation/demo import issue, but still no reply.
