That is a pretty custom and feature rich so I would suggest a plugin for example UberMenu from Sevenspark. Or custom code it. Ark only has a simple mega menu design as seen on the Main demo for example.

There is no such feature but there should be other resources online which allow you to simply copy/paste the shaped divider code from their generator which you can then insert into the basic HTML element in Fresh Builder.

For example:

After you adjust settings, click on the cloud icon to get the codes.

And you can add CSS via “Appearance > Custom Code”.

After my 3 licenses just now I use Ark for the first time blog posts. I don’t quite understand yet how it is better to use, with the Fresh Builder or not.

With the Fresh Builder no style groups or other alternative formatting is applied, at least it didn’t work for me, right?

With the WP Standard Editor, on the other hand, I feel somewhat limited in how I can style a post.

Two things I wanted to do but unfortunately didn’t get around to:

1.) increase the distance from the text to the white content box to padding: 50px;

2.) I wanted a post image to be shown in the Blog Classic 3Col view, but for the Single Blog Post always show a default image at the top of the header. I thought that goes possibly also about header or titlebar, but does not work, right?

Yes, there is a mega menu. Go to “Appearance > Menus”. There expand the settings of some top level menu item and select for example “Mega menu with 3 columns”. Then make sure you have at least 3 top level items and do this setting on all 3. Then insert as many child items as you need into the 3 top level items. thanks for the reply. Noticed that after changing to the mega menu, all the sub menu styles are gone. Guess this is normal? need to add custom Stylesheet myself?

Since it’s a different structure after you turn it into a mega menu it’s also possible it has different CSS classes so it may look different in the end. You could still style it with some CSS once it’s in the mega menu state too.

1. You would need to ask their team as it’s not easy to keep track of this over the years. Ark includes the same bundle of revslider as other themes. Some of their demos are possibly only for direct customers. They should be able to tell you the current state of demos.

2. Slider height is animated during slide transitions, to the height of each inner slide. So if you want a fixed height, you need to insert into each slide an element with the same fixed height.

Yes, ACF Pro is bundled. I don’t think anyone runs Elementor with Ark because the main reason to use Ark is it’s own builder, which is closely tied to WordPress, unlike Elementor which is more simplistic. But you are welcome to try, worst case you can ask for a refund and look for some official Elementor theme.

The internal ticket system is on hold now because Google has deprecated some specific features of their API that the system relied on and there is no way to just simply replace it, so it will take a lot of time before we can use it again. The ticket system is email based anyway, so if you send a message through the profile page here: https://themeforest.net/user/FRESHFACE then it’s pretty much the same thing as submitting a ticket (it verifies purchase/support as well). It is even possible to transform these emails into tickets so it’s all good on that front as well. For now the original ticket system will be updated with a notice to reflect the current arrangement. Apologies for the inconvenience, rest assured all messages arrive and are being answered.
