What happend with the theme? I see the slider expanded vertically (height: 100%) and I don´t see all the elements of the web at https://abogadosdelta.es
I use a child theme of the the gem and it says that it missing the index.php in the child theme.
I try to restore a copy of the web but I have the same problem, the slider expanded and I see some elements but not all and not all good.

Your last update 5.1.2 made conflict with Funnel Builder in Checkout page, just erasing all fields generated by the Funnel Builder.

I am not using your theme and not asking for help, it is just a notice from the community and goodwill gesture as the plugin has 6000+ active installation (they are also informed about this problem). I guess you should know about any bugs in your product and hope you don’t only care about purchase codes.

Hi, this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/funnel-builder/ is not working even with the default Twenty Twenty theme. This plugin works only in case Elementor is installed. We have checked again: everything is working in TheGem Elementor theme without any issues
Yes with Elementor of course. Have you checked Checkout page made in Funnel Builder? One page style checkout in The Gem Elementor theme (I guess it is called like that) should be activated. The Gem Theme after the large update at Woocommerce side dominates the Funnel Builder and writes its fields instead (one page style) or with (multi steps style).

Dear Support, On the checkout page after clicking the button “Place Order”, the order goes through but it does not take a visitor to the third step “ORDER COMPLETE”. The page still remains on the tab 2 “Checkout” and thus visitors are not able to know if the order went through or not. Kindly assist me with fixing this issue. Once the order has been placed, it should take the visitor to the third step which is not the case. You can try placing an order and choose “cash on delivery” option and check what happens when the button is clicked. Kindly help as this is urgent. Thank you and i will be waiting for your feedback.

The theme options keep losing settings very frequently, it reset the site logo (the gem logo appears) and reset the post display settings and the footer and header options. This happens on three different sites and every time I have to restore a backup of the settings. Theme registration also turns off often. How can I fix this problems?
