Hi, I’ve managed to change the color of every other button with additional CSS except these two: “Place order” (please see image – https://postimg.cc/K4cb8SPD ) and “Proceed to checkout” in the cart popup – https://postimg.cc/rK699cfS Could you help please?

Hello, @alexmrg26,

Please copy and paste the below-given CSS code to Porto >> Theme Options >> Skin >> Custom CSS and check back your site after removing the browser cache and you can change the color in the given code as per your requirements.

#mini-cart .buttons a {
    background: #8c2070 !important;
}
.woocommerce-checkout button#place_order {
    background-color: #8c2070 !important;
}

And also could you please purchase support extension to get further support? Your 6 months of support period is expired from 30/09/2020. According to Envato support policy, renewing support is required for further support.

Hello,

Quick point- I just come across one issue while looking at your Demo. Could be a bug.
Please check below SShot
https://prnt.sc/1tcnhmc

After adding product to Cart from Details page, if we Refresh the same page for any reason, then it displays Confirmation box. Upon clicking Continue, when the page loads, another Qty gets added to Cart automatically.
And this keeps going on, no matter how many times we refresh the page. Each time, it Adds another Qty to the Cart.

To my surprise, if we have added 3 units of the product in the Cart, At a time, then upon Refresh, it will Add 3 more units, making a total of 6 units in the Cart, with just one page Refresh.

I found that the same is not happening on other Themes on the marketplace

I wonder, why it is happening.

Regards

Hello, @Tech_Nicky,

First of all, thanks for showing your interest in Porto WordPress :)

Yes, that happens because once you add the product to the cart, then no need to refresh the page as it already gets refreshed when added the product to the cart, so you/user can leave that page, and when refreshed the page then the same query runs again and that is not the bug but the default functionality of the Theme.

Regards, P-THEMES.

Hello

OK, I understand

But I think, this is not the Default functionality of Wordpress or Woo itself

And I found that the same is not happening on any other Theme on the marketplace.

Also, it solely depends upon the visitor whether he wants to Refresh the page or not. It is their wish and one can refresh at any point of time

Logically, there can be multiple reasons for refreshing the page. We as site owner cannot restrict them, nor they require permission from us to refresh the page.

Should not there be a way to update the query (and code), in a way, so that refreshing the page won’t Add additional units to Cart, automatically.
This is really a serious concern. As No other ecommerce site acts this way.

Wish you will surely consider in future update and have this resolved.
I am seriously interested in theme

Regards

Hello, @Tech_Nicky,

I have just checked this with the default WP Theme Twenty Twenty one and finds the same behavior: https://postimg.cc/hJ8XGk5W it makes sure that this is not our theme issue but it might be the WP or Woo issue or the browser default behavior.

Hope this is clear now.

Regards, P-THEMES.

Hello,

Quick Quest – Wanted to know, does your theme have the option to show only 1 category on Product Details page. From below demo page I can see product page is showing All the Categories, where product is Added In.

https://prnt.sc/1tcli8x

Or some other easy way to show just 1 category. Even if Add the products to multiple categories.

Can that be easily achieved

Regards

Hello, @Tech_Nicky,

First of all, thanks for showing your interest in Porto WordPress :)

Unfortunately no, there is no such option in our theme for it, it takes the complete structure by default, so this requires Customization.

Regards, P-THEMES.

How do I disable the background color for all categories?

This css code applies only for 1 category and I can’t find css for all categories. }

porto-product-categories-7014 li.product-category:hover .thumb-info-wrapper::after {

background-color: rgba(27, 27, 23, 0.15); border: 0px;

Hello, @82dt,

Which background color are you talking about? Can you please share the screenshot of the issue and the URL of the page having those categories, so that I’ll check and help you out in solving your issue.

Regards, P-THEMES.

Hello, just a heads up. theme_rtl.css seems to contain an error. .thumb-info.thumb-info-bottom-info:hover img{transform:sacle(1.1)} Do you not validate css before pushing out ?

Hello, @furnituresuppliesuk,

Ok Got it, Thanks for your debugging, and thanks for sharing this issue with us, this is a typo mistake and I am forwarding this to our development department for fixing it with the upcoming updates of the theme, really thanks for your concern and understanding.

Hi, Im using demo (Photography 2), in Portfolio page,,, How to edit the 2 images on left (It shows maybe from Portfolio ID),,, How to make it images then it will be easy to upload,,, for example if I have portfolio the name is (Fashion),,, then how to add 4 images the same like your way. Thank you

Hello, @Themes-Plus,

Yes, those images have been set using the Porto Portfolio Categories element, and it picks the images of the Portfolio Category (Featured Image), so you have to change the images of the Portfolios Category, and there is no other way.

Porto Real Estate (https://www.portotheme.com/wordpress/porto/real-estate/) can a normal HTML version do the same?

For example, this (search bar) : https://prenajmy.eu/demo-real-estate-properties.html

Hello, @001raso,

First of all, this is WordPress Theme, not the HTML version…

And no sorry to say that but there is no such search functionality for the Real State Demo in our theme, so you have to try with any third-party plugin which better meets your requirements.

Regards, P-THEMES.

Search results page for “All” items (Posts, Products, Portfolio & Events) using the Porto theme (not a child theme) search.php search results page does not show “page” content results, only a blank <article> tag that looks to be attempting to output something, this also happens with other knowledgebase articles (custom post types) on the search.php search results page.

This appears to be due to the “Grid” layout option not supporting the other content, post or custom post types in the content-blog-grid.php layout for the search results being called.

So I thought I would just show search results for products only (as this appears to be the only type supported for “grid” layout), but when I also set this in “Theme Options > Header > Search Form > Search Content Type > Product” the search results page is empty with every search for any product?

Tried fully disabling cache, CDN, etc. but still no luck?

What is the best approach to resolve this so it supports products, pages, and custom post types that are articles as the theme options “All” would imply?

Hello,

After updating the them to the latest version, I am facing one issue.

I realized later, when I check that on the Shop page (or any other page except the Single Product page), when I click on “Quick View icon, and then click Add to Cart button from the Pop Up box of product. It actually does Nothing.

1. View Cart text link didn’t appeared after clicking on Add to Cart.
2. Also, unable to select thumb images from that box too.
3. Add to Cart starts working or scrolling, without even selecting the Attribute options. Which it should not.

Please check below 2 links.
One to show where I clicked on Quick View to open the Pop-Up box.
https://paste.pics/DYATF

Next one to show, where it behaves abruptly. Nothing working fine on this Pop Up Box.
https://paste.pics/DYAYC

Below is test Site URL page for your reference too.
https://bit.ly/3AxL56r Can you please check and resolve.

PS: have Not installed any 3rd party plugin so far. And just the Demo Content and 1 test product. Everything is from Demo content alone, nothing extra so far.

Regards

Hello, @ShwetaHAG,

This seems to be because of the Revolution Slider plugin setting, please make sure ”Defer Javascript Loading” & “Load Files asynchronously” under WP Admin -> Slider Revolution -> Global Settings is OFF and check back your site after that removing the browser cache again.

Regards, P-THEMES.

Hello

Yes, I did disabled both the options as per your suggestion. And it is Working now.
GREAT, Thank you.

The only thing now, is that Selecting the 2nd Attribute option (out of 2 – Color, size) is taking bit extra time in the product Quick View Pop Up Box. The Action on Selection takes some extra time.
I think This seems Only on the Home page. Same thing is Working fine on Shop page, Single product page.

Even this was also working fine earlier on Home page on our Test site

Could this be due to some recent Rev Slider version or recent theme update. Or for some other reason.
Below is the Test Site URL

https://bit.ly/39AEqfy
You can try replicating by clicking Quick View from any “Featured Product” Slider (on Home page) having variation attributes.

Can you please check and resolve.

Regards

Hello, @ShwetaHAG,

It depends on your server response time and your site speed, it works on Ajax and Ajax works when any query has been performed on your site, it goes to the server, and then the server response back, so please check it with your service provider.

Regards, P-THEMES.
