Hi!! In Avada layouts, we’ve created an specific layout, an specific content and we want to assign it to a specific product that exists and is pubished but it doesn’t appear in the list and we can’t cooose it. By other hand, the product subcategories don’t appear to in the categories list too.

We have not really tested those plugins to guarantee compatibility. I would request you to please check this information with the plugin author too. Avada is 100% compatible with Woocommerce but it is difficult to guarantee compatibility with all plugin authors though any plugin that is coded per WP coding standards should work well

Hello dears,
Can you help me with 1 issue.
I have a container with 1 column and several elements in it.
The container, the column and the elements, all have visibility for small, medium and large screens, but somehow they don’t appear on small screens. I haven’t added any custom css, I have just played around with the responsive options of the theme, exactly when to change to medium screen etc.

Hi, I bought it and I can’t use it. One key per domain is in trouble. I get this error when entering my purchase code: “The purchase code is already being used on another domain.” I deleted the account on my WHM, that’s where I had installed the theme, and when I went to reinstall the account it says that I already used the “purchase code”, and I haven’t used it, the domain remains the same as “grindingforyou.com”. How to solve ? Send me another license or update my license?

The only thing you need to do here is Reset the license, can you please simply follow the instructions here, please go to our company site here => https://theme-fusion.com/ and then moving to Support > My Account Submenu > Register Purchase code and removing the domain from there => https://share.getcloudapp.com/JruxewJO also click on “Unregister” button on your theme dashboard if the purchase code is still being used, more about this can be read here => https://bit.ly/3oes2us

I’ve recently taken over this theme from a previous dev team and am having issues with the pagination. Our blog page returns 404 when crawling to page-2+ and during tests, it seems to refresh the latest articles.
Is there any documentation on this issue?

As per your thread it appears that for some reason the Avada Builder is not enabled for your post types, please make sure you have Avada Builder enabled for post types from Avada > Options > Builder Options Tab, more information on this can be read here => https://bit.ly/2WmVym9

For this, you can navigate to your support account area on our website: https://theme-fusion.com/support/account/
Then navigate to the “Register Purchase Code” tab in your account are to see/add purchase codes.

I have 3 questions regarding the build in Avada forms:
1. Can I make the Submit button to send emails to different email addresses based on condition of 1 or 2 fields? For example, if field A has value “Test1” to send email to test1@test1.test1 and if the same field has value “Test2” to send an email to test2@test2.test2.
2. Can I make a multistep form, similar to this one: nacrepair.co.uk/book-a-repair/
3. How can I specify which SMTP server to use the form? Currently submissions from the form are send to an email but they are not using the SMTP server. Should I install a plugin like EASY WP SMTP in order to change the Avada forms SMTP too?

Yes, this can be done using the select element and you can send emails to different addresses based on condition selected.

[ Update Plugin Fusion Builder and Fusion Core ]
We are updating to WP 5.8.1, Avanda Theme 7.4.2. We have now Plugin: Fusion Bulder 2.2.1 and Fusion Core 4.1.1. I tried to download and update those plugin into 3.4.2 and 5.4.2 . But we can not download it on WP admin. we bought Avada theme already. must we extra buy the liecens for this plugin ?

Hallo , 1. I faced now an issues that the Avada Page Option for each post does not work. I changed the config in the backend but in the database and frontend do not change anything. I use : Avadat 7.4 , Avada Core 5,4,2, Avada Builder 3,4,2 .

Theme is never expired and each license is for lifetime for 1 single domain, so you should definitely be able to use Avada now, make sure you download a fresh copy of it please from your ThemeForest account to make sure that you have the latest version

Hi, the license is locked to a domain that I no longer use. I tried to build a website with avada, but in the meantime I decided to change the domain name, although on the old domain the avada is no longer installed, it gives me the error. ’’The purchase code is already being used on another domain.’’ even if I don’t have the theme installed on any other domain.
I bought the package more than 5 years ago, I hope you can guide me, thanks in advance!

With our new system on each registration your domain is actually binded with the Purchase code, however if for some reason you want to unbind the domain or in scenarios where you need to test by installing Avada multiple times on the domain, or you want to check different demos after resetting the theme, this may cause such notification to come up, the solution to this is by simply going to our company site here => https://theme-fusion.com/ and then moving to Support > My Account Submenu > Register Purchase code and removing the domain from there => https://share.getcloudapp.com/JruxewJO also click on “Unregister” button on your theme dashboard if the purchase code is still being used, more about this can be read here => https://bit.ly/3idt7it
