I see few sites who have this theme incl ours with #author_page problem. When you read post at the end there is author name and his archive. If you click on archive everything is ok and working on all sites but if you click on author name to see more about him nothing happens. Thank you.

I really like the look of your theme. I have a question. I would like to build a website with radio stations directory + blog. Each station would have its own page and it would be possible to start the radio stream there. I would like to create each page/station preferably by adding content via editor and providing a stream URL somewhere. Is it possible to have this kind of function or build this kind of website using your theme?
Hi, yes totally. You can edit each radio channel page directly, also with WPBakery, and add its own contents inside, selected by category. We have various solutions to achieve such type of result. Depending on some details we can suggest the best way to proceed.

We really struggle getting our teams pictures displaying properly in our site, as the theme seems to crop and zoom in on them… can you recommend exactly how to make photos display properly on all devices? What resolution should they be? We want to be able to upload a picture and WYSIWYG Also how do we stop the fade effect on the images as well?

That’s a very disappointing response to be honest. It’s more of a question rather then a break-fix request for support and it’s something I believe should already be documented in the themes documentation. Yes… a loyal user of the theme since 2017 and you can’t answer this question – very disappointing indeed. I understand why you use your own support portal but this question could easily be answered here.
What you’re asking for sir are not fixes but changes at the theme design. There is nothing broken is just your own taste and preference for the design.
We can still help with some code customization but you need a valid support access and contact please the tech support. Best regards
Please re read my comment, apart from the last question – it’s not asking for anything to be fixed, it’s asking how we can get photos to display properly. I did not say anything was broken.

That said, I see there is some misconfiguration among licenses, as they are sometimes mixed up and you have the same code associated to different domains, and the same domain linked to different licenses.

Hi! You have some issue caused by wrong installation procedure. I’d recommend to install the theme again, don’t delete any data, just re-upload the theme (NOT via ftp but via Themes > Upload and upload the Zip).

How do you contact support without a “valid license” even thought it is valid but unable to authorize on our website. We just updated our theme for this and having issues.
