Hello guys, does this theme require additional plugins? I notice on the Softek kit that it requires them. Just wondering if the theme does too? Many thanks.
No other plugin is required. Template kit is different which replies on free plugins. But in theme we include and pre-bundle everything with demo import.

Full of issues and bugs, one issue after an other. we are delayed for deployment for one month. i want a full refund, you can inactivate my purchase code, i wont be using this theme any more nor i would recommend anyone to use it.

Hello, 1.You have selected header home one for home page, that’s why default header setting is overwrites. If you want to show theme default header header then you have to select theme default header(https://prnt.sc/26mulqq). 2. This happened because you tried to install whole package and not the theme file.
Please check this KB article https://radiantthemes.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360041017614-Theme-is-missing-the-style-css-stylesheet-error and upload correct file and you won’t face any issue at all. The menu isn’t the issue with the theme, rather cache needs to be cleared in order for the front-end editor to work as intended. It seems to be an issue with you theme as the same issue was bought to light on other forums…
We have used several cache plugins and didn’t face any issue. Periodic clearing of cache is required for all sites. May I know which other forum you were referring to?
I installed the theme ok, when I click activate I get critial error. My hosting provider said the error is from the theme and not them

I believe you have previously installed and it must have worked then (as you have bought more than 6 months back). If you are reinstalling on another domain then you need to make sure you use a standard hosting provider as recommended by https://wordpress.org/hosting. If you wish us to inspect the issue you may consider renewing your theme support.
No i havent installed it anywhere else, ive just got round to doing it. As for severs, we have 100’s of websites as we have a reseller package with 20i and also dedicated server. This however doesnt excuse the fact that the hosting provider confirms the theme was responsible and also provided a log report detailing proof

Yes you can use all images/assets used in the theme. All are free images or created by us.
I’m buying a theme so that I can focus on the content and not the design. So, if I load up a demo, I can use it right away as it is, right?
Yes absolutely, just import demos and then edit content in one of the designs you like. That’s it.

If your brother even gifted you (which he can’t and illegal) he must be having purchase code. So open a ticket with purchase code. If you have downloaded the theme form nulled network then delete it as your hosting is already compromised, as all such themes are having malicious code. We won’t answer on same topic as you haven’t bought it. Would love to respond once we get a support ticket request with valid purchase code which has active support.
