Upgrading to Version 6.2.0 (10.3.2021) brings several problems.

1. In the mobile menu, it is not possible to expand the hierarchy. You have to aim extremely accurately at the arrow. This problem is only on “live” devices. In emulation mode browsers it is not confirmed.

2. The “Porto Product Category” slider on mobile reduces the images when the page is fully loaded. Although at the time of loading has the correct size to the selected size (150×150). Also this problem is not on the desktop. Issue on mobile https://prnt.sc/1ureu1g No issue on desktop https://prnt.sc/1urez02

On Version 6.1.8 these two problems did not exist.

1. For overcoming this issue, you have to increase the size of those arrows a bit, you can use the Custom CSS listed below under Porto >> Theme Options >> Skin >> custom CSS and change the values as per your requirements.

2. We updated bootstrap to 5 from 4 through 6.2.0.

Bootstrap 5 updated row and column grid system using flex: 0 0 auto and width instead of flex: 0 0 %; width: % for columns.

If you have any style issues such as column width in the new version, please compile all CSS again using Porto -> Tools -> Compile CSS in the admin.

1. We tried to make the arrow bigger. But that doesn’t solve the problem. Navigation in the mobile menu does not work. This is only on live devices.

Hi, this is the second time that update 6.2 has been released. AND MY SITE LAYOUT doesn’t work anymore!

I opened a support ticket but I am asked to edit the css in the parent theme to resolve.

it’s a joke ?

in the last year it is the third time that an update has destroyed my site, more attention is needed when releasing updates.

Up to 12 months ago there were no problems.

Does your theme required image to be optimized or image optimization is inbuilt in your theme if not which plugin or way would be the best for image optimization ?

hi this is a pre sales question – I just took over a site that uses Porto and I have never used it before – we now see the breadcrumb code on the page [porto_block name=”breadcrumb” not_render_home=”1”] and we see that both Porto the theme and the plugin Porto Theme – Functionality also needs an update. Hello, Please i have a pre purchase question. I went through your demos but noticed that on the mobile versions, the search forms all changed to search icons. Is there a way to have a search form instead of an icon in the mobile menu. Also, is there a way to have a sticky/floating mobile/icons menu at the bottom of the mobile version? No, sorry to say that but there is no such option to set the Form in Mobile version, we have set it with JS and it converts in Icon when turn to Mobile, This is the default functionality and this is how it works.

Again the theme version Version 6.2.0 (Oct 03th.2021) not working properly.

I have noticed slides and carousels are not functioning.

Now I have reverted back to the 6.1.8 version. Hope you can fix issues in future releases.

There is no such issue with our latest theme update now, the issue must be on your site only and that might be because of the cache or your own Customization or might be because of any third party plugin confliction. Please read and follow the below listed debugging processes one by one, I am sure it will help you in finding the cause of the issue.

I.   Make sure you have everything up to date (Theme, Plugins, Translations files)
II.  Remember to reset ALL cache etc after a plugin or theme update.
III. Disable all plugins except WooCommerce and recheck if the issue persists
IV.  Check the browser dev console on errors (F12, on most if not all browsers)
V.   Double-check your own Custom CSS, or Custom Snippets in function.php is causing it
VI.  If you have setup the Porto Speed Optimization Wizard, then please reset it and set all the options to default, uncheck all the options and save changes/compile and check back your site after removing the cache of the browser.

I receive the same fatal error “Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required ’/home/*/site.com.br/wp-content/themes/porto-child/inc/admin/admin_pages/page-layouts.php’” as @madbruno and others when active is porto-child. I activated porto and the problem solved. But I want to work with porto-child so i followed your recomendation and deleted porto-child and created again (Porto >> Setup Wizard >> Child Theme). This didn’t solve the problem (fatal error again). The only solution I find to have an updated Theme (6.2.0) and to work with Child-Theme is to change “\wp-content\themes\porto\inc\admin\admin_pages\class-page-layouts.php(250): require_once get_stylesheet_directory() . ’/inc/admin/admin_pages/page-layouts.php’; with require_once get_template_directory() . ’/inc/admin/admin_pages/page-layouts.php’ Any other suggestion please to solve this error?

Trying to add a block to the menu, I am following the tutorial here however the menu item has no box to enter the block slug? https://www.portotheme.com/wordpress/porto/documentation/menu-setup/ Maybe this is outdated or maybe I just missed something.

Also is it possible to create a sale page to display all products on sale “with” pagination I’m guessing not as it is probably not available for the same reason Elementor Pro theme builder and also all shop and woo product modules is not compatible, even though it still says on here that it is. There are Three Stages of od Menu Items.​Main Menu Item >> Sub Menu Item >> Sub Sub Menu Item as showing in this screenshot: https://ibb.co/K5LXMSk

And the Block Option will only available in Sub Menu only as showing in this screenshot: https://ibb.co/R9HbKtN

This is how it works.

You can create the new page and use the Porto Sale Products element on it, and set it as per your requirements, it will only show the products which are on sale but sorry to say that the pagination will not work with it as the pagination will only work with the archive pages like Shop and Category pages only.
