Hi i have never say no pay for the support .More then the terms and conditions its good have real support when some really need specifically some had purchase the template with a lot of hope .With out customer there is no use for all the terms and conditions .

We helped you setup the theme like a demo. That is covered in theme support. Envato has Theme setup and it costs $50. Then your queries were removing & adding Elementor blocks, adjusting margins in elementor pages, these clearly defined as customisations not theme support. We never asked you about payment we only clarified that this is not covered in theme support. If you wanted customisation you could have simply stated i want the theme customised and we would have assigned a dedicated person taking care of customisations for you.

The link in question leads to a video which is about upgrading from earlier versions to 4.1 and does not cater to new users who are starting out with the theme. Where can I find information about how to use WPLMS as a plugin with any other theme?

The 4.1 is the release which connects all WPLMS 1.x-3.x versions with 4.x. The 4.x is built on cutting edge technology and has features no other WP theme has at the moment. There are more features which are added but documentation will be added in coming few days. One of such features is the “User Guided Tours” feature which really enhances overall experience of the theme.

I just resent all the 16 addon receipts again with download links. Make sure you do not use Free trail plugins but replace the free trial plugins with the ones in the download emails.

The stylesheet of the installer not accessible, please make sure all the folders in wp-content/themes have permissions 755 and all files have 644 permission level.
