Before i purchase this theme i have some questions: 1. Are all plans subscription based? 2. Can i disable the wallet and allow employers to just order directly without wallet usage? 3. Are we able to charge commission on all services & addons? 4. Is it possible to charge a fee to withdraw to certain payout methods? 5. Do you charge a fee to setup theme? if so how much? 6. Can i have the link to the support document?

Hi, I love this theme and would love to use it, but I have an issue. It does not pass Core Web Vitals, eventually falls below the expected threshold, scoring very low on mobile and doing well on desktop. Is this something you will be looking to sort out soon?

Once an employer got a refund following a won dispute case, can he use his refounded aumount to pay another service or can he only add his payout method in his dasboard in order to get back his aumound via transfer Paypa/ Bank / Pioneer ? Meaning if employer did not set up his payout method, the refund amount will not be usable no more ?

Pre sale question Will there be a wallet for admin to keep the money employer paid for a service for freelancer , or money has to go directly to app owner account

Admin can see the payments from the employers in the WooCommerce orders and check what the commissions he will received against that order

The commission can be set by admin, Admin can set commissions either fixed or percentage or tiers by the project cost

Is that a thing you might consider in future updates? Like giving options to eliminate the emails we do not want to be sent.

This can be customize to allow the specific email but this is not available in our theme. You have to do it by your side

1) if an employer mark a service as complete, will the service money be credited in freelance dashboard ” available balance ” automaticly ?

2) But if the employer forgot to mark the service as complete or refused while he already got service’s final files, so if admin change the service statut as complete from the Wp back office, will it aswell credit the service aumount in freelance dashboard ” available balance ” automaticly ?

3) if admin mark the ongoing service as canceled from back office will it aswell refund the service aumount in employer dashboard ” available balance ” automaticly ?

Last question about this matter:

How a freelancer can raise a dispute ?

Must he go in his service detail page and use the default form same used by employer to raise a dispute? Or does he have to do it differenty ? Because I d’ont see any raise a dispute form on ongoing service detail page in your demo.

when a freelance is using verification identity form. IS there somewhere admin can moderate all pendind request? Meaning, whil it pop up somewhere and once on backend it will show up so admin can deal with it or admin has to go through all user page and scrolldown all account to search if a user has a pending identtity verification request ?

If not can you please add it in next update ? So it could be great to deal with all pending verification request from admin panel

in ongoing service > history history is it possible to display sent message in reverse order ? Meaning older message at the top and newest down just above the big wp-editor ? Because when reading message in chat or discuss we mostly read from bottom and not from the start Is it possible to reverse this in setting theme or do we need to hire a dev to achieve it?
