Once an employer got a refund following a won dispute case, can he use his refounded aumount to pay another service or can he only add his payout method in his dasboard in order to get back his aumound via transfer Paypa/ Bank / Pioneer ? Meaning if employer did not set up his payout method, the refund amount will not be usable no more ?

Once the project is assigned, the employer would make the payment to the admin account but it will not be transferred to the wallet of the freelancer until the project has been completed. Once the project has been completed, the project amount will be transferred to the freelancer’s wallet.

How will admin reconcile who pays and what is paid , is there a way to track that , how will the amount paid reflect on freelancers wallet , will that be manually set up or what

2) But if the employer forgot to mark the service as complete or refused while he already got service’s final files, so if admin change the service statut as complete from the Wp back office, will it aswell credit the service aumount in freelance dashboard ” available balance ” automaticly ?

then in dispute case, if the admin decides that employer is wrong and freelancer has all rights. Where is going the service paid money?
1) will the service paid money be cancelled? Meaning admin has to refound employer using woocommerce?
2) the aumount paid money will it goes in employer available balance ?
3) the service paid money is lost and there is no track of it in any existing balance ?

When a dispute is created then admin can view and resolve the dispute from the back-end. Admin can select wining party and resolve it, then the amount will goes to available balance of the user.

Must he go in his service detail page and use the default form same used by employer to raise a dispute? Or does he have to do it differenty ? Because I d’ont see any raise a dispute form on ongoing service detail page in your demo.

when a freelance is using verification identity form. IS there somewhere admin can moderate all pendind request? Meaning, whil it pop up somewhere and once on backend it will show up so admin can deal with it or admin has to go through all user page and scrolldown all account to search if a user has a pending identtity verification request ?
If not can you please add it in next update ? So it could be great to deal with all pending verification request from admin panel

I meant a bulk way to find all pending verification in once, not to control them. because if there 200 pending verification it easier to find them all rather then scrolling down to see theme mixed with all user account without pending verification
Currently there are no options to verify in bulk or filter only unverified users list, however, we can consider that in the future release

in ongoing service > history history is it possible to display sent message in reverse order ? Meaning older message at the top and newest down just above the big wp-editor ? Because when reading message in chat or discuss we mostly read from bottom and not from the start Is it possible to reverse this in setting theme or do we need to hire a dev to achieve it?
