Hi I applied Google API with a billing account for the listing map. but still, the location is not displayed on the map. (map is displayed)

I’ve searched all the questions related to map&location issues and your ‘instruction page about listing’ but I can’t understand how to use it so far. (http://bridge.qodeinteractive.com/documentation/17-listing/)

I saw the answer replay for ‘harshadmoray’ user 2 years ago. I put the name of the place listed on google Maps into ‘location blank’. It doesn’t work.

Could you add detailed usage on your documentation site? about the exact input form for map display (google address or latitude and longitude, etc)

I would like to know which parts of ‘Listing data’ in the edit listing page affect the map display.

In addition, when I tried to delete the cache I found one thing ‘WP Super Cache’ plug-in or something interrupts API key action. it makes No Api Key message on the developer console.

I don’t think it is a support problem, it is basic and not intuitive.

Please check if you have added the API key in both Qode Options > General and within the Listing options.

Also on the single listing do check if you have added the location, it might be that it is in incorrect format, it should be comma separated.

Another thing is to make sure to activate the Places API for your project, in Google services:

Besides, the issue could be caused by a restricted API key.

You need to remove restrictions for your API key as shown in the following screenshot

This might now work right away – other users reported a certain delay before the settings took effect ( a day or so ).

Hola, Cuando me descargo la plantilla que compré, no veo en ningún lugar el “purchase code” para registrar la plantilla. En el documento aparece en blanco. Last update have issue with WooCommerce – Order’s page.

I done plugin conflict test and confirmed the issue as I deactivated all other plugins except Qode Plugins.

Please check your php.ini parametres and PHP version, also you can increase memory limit in the wp-config.php file – paste the following code inside:

recaptcha v3 is not working in bridge theme. I tried recaptcha v3 in contact form 7 , wpforms , reCaptcha by BestWebSoft and Simple Google reCAPTCHA. When I switched the theme then recaptcha working.

The recaptcha badge might be overlapped by other page elements.

So in order for recaptcha badge to be shown, paste the following CSS into Qode Options -> General -> Custom CSS field:

.grecaptcha-badge {
    z-index: 9999;
 }

Hello, why when I de-register a theme then it does not load properly. It seems that it stops loading all the QODE xyz parts of the theme.

Please note that you can only have the theme registered on one single installation. If the theme is not register it will not show our theme options and shortcodes. It is mandatory to register the theme in order to access everything as it should be, following the regular license on themeforest.

but then whats the point of yours suggestion (as seen to other posts) to deregister the theme and register to another one etc if that means that the previous version will stop working with the existent stuff/options/shortcodes etc.

I’m using this plugin https://codecanyon.net/item/woocommerce-cart-all-in-one/

And when I activate the bridge core plugin it stops the paypal iframe from loading.

what would be causing this and how can I fix it? It only happens with Bridge theme and when the bridge core plugin is active.

Hello, can you please confirm something ? It seems that the word ‘SHARE ON’ is missing from the .pot file for translation. Also, i think it will be time to remove the ‘Google +’ Social network share… this service has been canceled since 2019 or more maybe ? Thank you taking this into consideration for a future update.

Note : SHARE ON word appears when enabled on product single page / post, etc.

Google + share will be removed in one of our future updates and when it comes to the Share On word is option added through our Bridge Core plugin and you will need to translate it from there, so the for the .pot file is plugins> bridge core > language. Also please check this article here.

I successfully added my purchase code and email to the Bridge Dashboard, and that works. However, even if the activation seems successful, I still receive the message “Your copy of the theme has not been activated. ” I tried to deactivate and reactivate it several times with no success so far. Wish I could open a ticket, but the support expired meanwhile. But.. I have a no working site now!
