Hi! How to connect instagram on the home page?

You have to go to Appearance >> Install Plugins and Install and Activate the Social Slider Feed plugin, and then you have to go to Appearance >> Widget >> and set the Social Slider Instagram Widget under Home Sidebar and set it as per your requirements.

OR you can go to the Social Slider Feed plugin settings and set the Instagram Account from there and set the slider as well and then use the shortcode of that slider any where on your site.

Column gap in row settings not working. WP version 5.8.1, Porto Version: 6.2.0, WPBakery Page Builder Version 6.7.0 . I see in previous comments it is said that WPBakery is the problem. I want to have columns with borders and gaps between the columns to that boarders are not touching. Seems like this should be resolved by now based on the time stamps of some of the previous comments.

Comparing two client sites – One is using WCFM on the Woodmart theme, and another is using WCFM on the Porto theme.

When a vendor login on the Woodmart theme he is taken to the WCFM dashboard. When a vendor login on the Porto theme he is taken to the Home Page, from there he needs to click on My Account, and then he can access the Store Manager.

So my question – Is this intentionally, or is it a bug in the theme ?

When trying to install the demo site again on the same site, it said that the license was used on another site and did not load the demo site. I deleted the site of the purchase code from your website, reinstalled the theme, opened it, entered the code and had the same problem 4-5 times. Although there is no registered site, the site registers when I enter the code, but I cannot import the demo site. It says it is used on another site. The sidebar Filter Attributes are Not showing side-by-side for Colors, sizes in Shop and Category pages. They are showing one Single in each row (In Shop Demo 21)

The width of the color Swatches is changing according to the length of the text (name) of the Color. Which it should not.
How to have the swatches in Square shape and having all of them with same width and height, like below

3. How to remove text names of colors also. So that those won’t display the names of colors.
Instead of that, upon hovering mouse on color swatch it displays the color name as a tooltip.
Where to find this setting or option.

PS: Additionally, I think there is a “Flex Wrap” CSS is being used (Demo Shop 15) in Woo Category Sidebar for Color Filters (by product Attributes)

Is it coming by Default through Widget or other Block or somewhere from other options or settings.
This is what, I think, is displaying the Color Swatches correctly in Grid on Category Sidebar (as Product Attribute)

What’s going on? Porto functionality failed to update.

It says “Update failed: Purchase Code is not valid or could not connect to the API server! Please try again later.”

I can see you have some Custom CSS for this on your site under Home Page or Theme Options: https://pasteboard.co/eCHSvuEFPK5y.png and that is what I told you it might be your own Custom changes issues, first of all, you have to update the plugins on your site, And then you have to go to Porto >> Speed Optimization Wizard and uncheck all the options from there, after that you have to check the Custom CSS under page and theme options and remove all the CSS for a while and then you have to go to Porto >> Tools and clear all the transients and compile CSS and refresh the template as well and finally check back your site after removing the browser cache.

Dear That code is not part of my customized css,

in a previous ticket you added this code into my theme css to fix the issue and that code apprently is not working with your new update, .wpb_images_carousel.wpb_content_element.vc_clearfix { direction: ltr !important; }

I only did some css for coloring.

I will renew the support that is for sure but This issue is coming from an update and I didn’t do anything since a very longtime if this is not fixed I’ll need to update the widget for all my pages and that’s will cost me extra time and effort,.

I found that the moment I installed Shop’s “Demo Content” using Setup Wizard of Porto, the WCFM settings page stopped working and throwing 404 error
The actual WCFM settings URL should be- https://www.vasangini.com/store-manager/settings/
[This URL was working fine earlier, that is, prior to Demo content installation] Means, when the Wizard only asks for Plugins installation, it was working after that.

Also, now when I am on the WCFM options page, and under where it is written – ” check dashboard settings here >>. When I click on the text “here” having hyperlink, it leads me to this page URL-

Means the URL also got changed automatically, after Shop Demo content

PS: WCFM options were working, when I installed Porto theme, and Activate it (or Child theme). But stopped throwing error, just after Installing Demo shop content.

Quick Update: It resolved.
What I did is, I Deactivated it and then Deleted or Uninstalled it.

Later, I Installed it again and Activated it. It then asked me few options at each page as a series of steps like a Wizard.

I followed each step or page in that Wizard and finished it.

Then I found I was able to View the Settings page of WCFM. Also, other options are opening. Atleast as of now.

Still, not sure, what was causing the issue earlier.
Although it got resolved.

Also, initially it did not showed me the Wizard steps. Probably this could be the reason for it not getting configured. Hence, throwing 404 error page

Now the issue is that I have set main menu as main menu and secondary menu as secondary, but the secondary menu is only appearing on the header. and in shop by category. I have just tested it at my end on my test site and also on our demo site and it is working fine for me, it must be because of your server performance and site speed, you have to check with your hosting provider the Ajax speed on your site from your server and try to use Porto >> Speed Optimization Wizard to increase the speed of your site and it will have the impact on your site.
