Hello!! We need to know whether this product is refundable. As we tried the preview option here but the admin panel was not accessible. And as of for now we are not very sure about the product. Also what extra add-ons will be provided after purchasing this theme?

We are planning to have a platform where annual courses are published for students. Wherein, students can upload assignments, weekly/monthly virtual meets would be conducted, feedbacks on every unit activity, quiz, evaluation, instructor appointment bookings, H5P content support. Student and instructor dashboard, where instructor can access the assignments done by student. Data export of student’s overall course progress. Download assignments from instructor side. Helpdesk / live chat. Events, Membership plans, Direct messages / announcements from instructor to students and vice versa. Also as mentioned we are planning to publish annual courses, So can we divide the course in quarterly sections with sub sections based on months and weeks, followed by the units consisting of activities / lessons?

We wish to purchase WPLMS for our education initiatives for the tribal and underprivileged sections of the society. It would be helpful if you consider any concession over this product. And support our organisation to spread the light of knowledge.
Everything that you have stated is right here in our product. If it was upto me I would give the product for free that is the aim of the project. The licensing is managed by Envato so, maybe you can contact them for this. ( support.envato.com ). We now have Exportable Courses in WPLMS which now enable you to create courses compatible with any other LMS platform.
We did had a word with the Envato Support team and they said as follows,

But this is not a pricing issue. I can not create a coupon for you that can only be done by envato.Reducing price of item is totally different thing.

This is from the demo data. First migrate the Member types to BuddyPress member types by clicking on “Migrate member types” at WP admin – Vibebp – Settings – BuddyPress- Members. Then you will be able to delete the member types from the above screen.

Deactivate wplms appointments first then activate vibe appointments. They both are same plugins but wplms appointment is for version 3 and vibe appointments is for version 4 of wplms

this does not help, i have many courses on the platform, do i have to be checking the courses individually to know the course a certificate has been issued on?
is there no option that gathers all certificates and i can just click the option to see the different courses certificate has been issued on?
Check activity – site activity – search certificate and it shows all activity related to certificates

There are so many things you are saying are working on WPLMS but when these plugins are deployed, they have errors or not working at all and you do not want to provide support i.e. Vibe Boilerplate plugin and xAPI/LRS integration.

Obviously Yes ! Whatever we have aimed in our roadmap in past 7 years, we have delivered. Exportable courses is almost ready which is coming up in the next major update of WPLMS plugin. Also when you are saying there are errors, you are stating actual errors or just because you are not able to follow the directions because few users are already using boilerplate for customisations.
I have provided you with the screen recorded videos, following the exact steps from your your document guide and the video tutorial but still, nothing is working.
I have also noted yesterday that you have now updated the Vibe boilerplate plugin, including the document guide – I went to follow the new updated document guide and steps but still got the same errors.
Again, you said: I am using the 3rd party plugins. However, I am now using the very same new demo installation on WPLMS v4 but getting the same errors.
You promised to look at these issues but you never comeback….

This only implies you are not following the steps or something is missing. A code error or bug should be replicable on all scenarios, unless some third party variable is impacting it. Second question “What are the timeframes”, it is too early to comment on it.

Yes, vibe-helpdesk has a switch in WP admin – vibebp – settings – helpdesk, enable private bbpress forums . Which would make entire bbpress load privately inside the PWA only.
I’ve already have this setting activated but I can’t see private forums on PWA. I have private forums and private groups. And forum linked to a private group. Outside PWA a user inside a private group can access to private forum associated to that group. But inside PWA it doesn’t appear that private forum.
Did you add the forums in the profile menu ? Can you create a topic and we can check this. The group forums will also work but you need to add the forums in the profile menu.
Yes, I’ve added the forums link in both menus (Profile Menu and LoggedIn menu). When I click in “All forums” I get: “No forums found.”. I neither can create new topics, because there is no forum to select. If I change the forum privacy to “public”, then I’m able to see it and able to create new topics
Please make sure you there is atleast 1 forum in WP admin – Forums.
Yes, I have 3 forums (all private)
Then the most likely reason is that the REST api calls are being corrupted because of some warning message. I need to check your site to be able to provide you the exact reason for this.
How can I check this warning messages? In nginx logs doesn’t show anything. If I change the privacy of any forum from “private” to “public”, then I’m able to see this forum in PWA HelpDesk section.

is anyone else getting two pages or errors when building a course? I walked away from this theme because of all the bugs it had in the early releases. Thought I would try it out again. Looks good, but dam, two pages of errors when posting a course. error message starts with
