Typically, activating the theme on a new website is dependent on the status of the licence.
If your theme license is still active then you can deregister the license from the old domain and register it again on a new one (in fact, we’ll do that for you).
If your theme license has expired then you will not be able to activate it on a new website. To prevent abuse, our license policy prevents new theme activations with expired licenses.
Since your license has expired, we recommend purchasing a new one (or renew the current one). As you already know, the Standard license includes 6 months of support which could be of great assistance if you are building a new website for your company.
Hi, Thanks for the reply. But my account shows the following verbatim “You have 1 license for this item”. This in my opinion means the license is still active. I have categorically said that the old domain is no longer being used and is not active at all. This leaves me with the license but unable to use. I would want to know how you are saying that my license has expired. My license is a single usage license and as my understanding goes the single use license is perpetual. The license itself may still be valid but the support period has expired. Excuse me for not clearing up this and for giving you the wrong idea. Using the same license on a different domain is the problem. Since we have registered you on a different domain, you will need to use the support service to move the license. That’s why we recommend renewing the license or purchasing a new one. Else, you can go ahead without the support and without registering the new domain to our service.

Hello, i just purchased template and thought i would be getting the “Health Coach” template, a green looking template with a woman. After i downloaded I got a blue ‘doctor’ template. Please advise how to correct this.. thank you

It looks like you’ve imported the main demo of the theme.
The Health Coach is one of the available demos of Healthflex. If you have already imported a demo you need to, either remove the installation and add it back again or erase the database. Erasing the database is easier and can be performed by a plugin like https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-reset/.
On a new installation, activate the Healthflex theme (for better results we recommend adding and activating the Child theme) and then add and activate the requested plugins.
Next, go to Dashboard > Tools > Healthflex Demo Importer and you will be directed to a new page where you can select one of the demos. Click on the Health Coach demo and proceed to import. You may need to add and activate a couple of more plugins before you are allowed to continue with importing. When you are ready, click on the Import Demo button to proceed.

Combined with the Profiles Grid page builder element (included with the theme) you can create numerous layouts of your personnel. Check out this page on our main demo which is one example. Hello! thanks for your answer. I´m using it like that but they want a list of doctor not a grid (they don´t want a photo of the doctor in the grid). So, the grid is the only way to show it? I think I will have to make a list with another shortcodes or elements.

Again, the Profiles Grid is the best solution. You can create a list of the doctors by “stripping” the appearing information to the absolute minimum. The elements allow for deactivating, the More button, the profile featured image, and the excerpt. This way, the Grid will show only the name and the job description of the professional. Please, review the Profiles Grid settings by clicking on the pencil icon that’s over the element. Otherway, you can create a custom list using another element or the Raw HTML element.
Hi and thanks again, The pencil is the basic tool to modify something, I thought that perhaps you would have another way to do it since in the documentation that you provide I did not find anything. That is not the problem, surely it should not be working as you indicate because I deactivated the featured images the first time a wrote you (us the first option) and I continue to see them. Maybe a List with just names is not an option in the Profile Grid.

The Profiles Grid wasn’t originally developed to display a list of the profiles, rather than a rich way to display additional information regarding the people that belong to a medical (or other) group. However, these options should be available.
We appreciate receiving your report about the options not working. After reviewing the latest version (2.3.0) we found out that, indeed, some of the options on the Profiles Grid settings are not working as expected. Currently, we are working on correcting this error. In the new version of the theme which will be released after we have finished our tests, the functionality should have been restored. A release date is yet unclear but it shouldn’t take long.

The particular form is created with Contact Form 7 which by default uses the latest version (v3) of ReCaptcha.
This version does not require any action from the user neither adds any elements to the form. It uses “an advanced risk analysis engine and adaptive challenges to keep malicious software from engaging in abusive activities on your website” (excerpt from Google).

First, you need to find the address on the Google Maps site. Just visit the site and search for the address. You will be directed to the location. At the same point, the URL address of the page will contain some data. You need to copy this address excluding https://www.google.com/maps/place/ which is the main domain. Keep the rest of the URL address to the clipboard (the temporary memory of your computer).
Next, go to your site’s Dashboard and on Appearance > Widgets locate the PL | About Us widget that is added to the corresponding Widget Area (Widget Footer Area #1). Then, on the widget, look for two fields: one is titled Address and the other is titled Google Map URL. On the first add the full address and on the second paste what is stored on the clipboard; the rest of the data from the URL address of the Google Maps site (excluding the general domain).

To change the logo size, log in to the Dashboard and go to Theme Options > Header > Main Section // Logo. Then, set the value you need on Logo Image Max Height (for each screen size). For better results, try to maintain the aspect ratio (we recommend 16:9) and avoid using an image larger than needed. Also, try to optimize the image size before uploading it, using a tool like tinypng.

I am trying to update the theme on a site which is running on version 1.4 of the theme and WordPress 4.5.24. When I upload the unzipped theme folder via FTP I get an error message showing instead of the website:

Assuming you have updated the requested plugins as well. If you can visit the Dashboard, go to Theme Options and on any tab click on Save changes. You don’t need to make an actual change. This action will help the theme consolidate the changes made to the core and the site will be restored.
Thanks for super quick reply – really appreciate that! I have updated all plugins except WP Bakery Visual Composer, yes. So I upload the new theme via FTP again (and “break” the site), then I go to Theme Options and click “Save changes”? And then all should be good again? (Just checking to see if I understood the order of things correctly).

Hm, no – after I clicked “Save changes” I was prompted to install Envato Market plugin, update Plethora Features Library and Update WP Bakery VC – and when I tried to do that, also my backend broke and now shows this message:

However, it is not always practical to keep this kind of note because the project is stored on a version control that might have a complex structure (called branches), not always easy to be “linearly” exported.
I think it could be practical and help. It’s not a theme that has been created now, but it counts for years and that’s why I think it’s worth a “Bravo” that you keep up to date this theme.
So, you can imagine in the many years of operation of the theme how many changes we could have made and this update will be important

The two most common scenarios are: - you have recently switched your site to HTTPS. in this case, log in to Dashboard, go to Settings and make sure the Site and WordPress URL addresses are updated on both fields. - you have updated the theme. in this case, go to Dashboard > Theme Options > Advanced > Icon Libraries and click on Save changes
In some cases, to review the changes, you may need to clear the browser’s cache.

The particular plugin comes bundled with the theme. You can’t update it manually unless you purchase a separate license (which we don’t recommend because we need to test each version before including it in the package). To update the theme, log in to your Envato account, go to the Downloads section and get the latest theme package; then extract it locally on your computer and use the healthflex.zip file to update the theme. After updating the theme, follow the notification to update the requested plugins; among them, WPBakery Page Builder.
I know it and that’s exactly what I’ve done. I record a video as you can see when the message appears. It appears right after updating REQUESTED PLUGINS.

I found it. The proper location was Dashboard > Theme Options > Advanced > Features Library > Modules Manager > Visual Composer Compatibility Module has to be ACTIVATED.
After that, the update was proceeded successfully.

Hola! Me gusto mucho su theme, antes de realizar la compra, necesito consultar acerca de lo que estoy necesitando para ver si es factible. Necesito desarrollar una web para un centro medico, principalmente necesito si o si incorporar un calendario de citas online. Donde el usuario ingrese al profesional que elija, registre su email y se habilite el calendario con dia y horarios disponibles de dicho profesional, seguido eso se envie un mail de confirmacion con el detalle de la cita y a futuro incorporar la automatizacion de emails con recordatorio de citas. Se que en este ultimo caso quizas deba incorporar otro plugin pero lo principal es el calendario de citas online. Necesito que me confirmen si esto es factible para realizar la compra.
