hi, sorry for my expired license. I found that there are conflicts between woodmart and yith-woocommerce-customize-myaccount-page plugin.
In the menu position, their support staff said it can’t work because woodmart theme wrap the menu navigation in a custom container, which is related to theme code problem.

In order to show the “Product category” widget in the subcategory, go to Appearance -> Widgets -> open the “Product categories” widget -> disable the “Only show children of the current category” option.

Hi guys i bought this theme few years ago and didn’t use it due to some project delay and i forgot the username and password from which i bought it.. brief I seem to get an error when I try to save the Theme options page: /wp-admin/options.php
I get the following:
403 Forbidden Access to this resource on the server is denied!

No matter what option I change/update – even if I just press save in the Theme options area, I get this area.

Never experience this before – use a number of other themes with no issues – all with same host. Would there be something causing this that I may need to review with host? Any tests I can carry out to see if I need to change PHP versions or upgrade anything?

hello dear, i just mentioned that i forgot my username and password since i bought the theme 2 years ago… please let me know the solution and i will handle it.. i can’t remember my credentials but this them was my number one theme and i paid around 59$ and it was approved by the client.. now the project has started and we started working on the website.. too bad it has this error and as i saw in the comments that you have solve it before… please let me know how can i solve it… thank you in advance

As for your 403 errors, they are usually caused by server configuration so we suggest you contact your hosting provider for help.
i bought this theme from my old account “username: touchofartrabieh” around 2 years … it is not a server error.. it is only redirected from theme option page backend! the website is perfectly working
i only need to know how to fix this error and what is missing.. no need for full support i can see from the comments that you fixed this issue many times

Our theme works with any product images size. Its proportion depends on the WooCommerce settings. You can find and customize them via Appearance -> Customize -> WooCommerce -> Product images. In order to create an information box with a font awesome icon in the content area, after creating the “Information box” element, go to the “Content” tab -> in the “Text” tab enter your text and after text enter the font awesome icon with “i” HTML tag.

I see that v6 has lots of new features and improvement. I only used it for an old project and it didn’t have template builder to create custom template e.g. for single products, blog posts, etc. so I switched to other themes for my project. Have you added this feature in your recent versions? Specially that you have added Elemntor support, and AFIK the Elementor has such great feature to create custom template for posts. Thanks

Our theme doesn’t add any elements to Elementor PRO but supports all the standard elements. Sorry, but we don’t have a development documentation about how to add elements to Elementor. You can refer to the plugin’s documentation instead.

Hi Sorry it was Edge Canary fault with normal browsers it worked. But something other.. my support did end and I also can’t post a feature request.. So it do it here: There is no possibility to chaynce the color of the search bar in the header and also most of the features only have the possibility to chance from darkt to light.. check www.7evens.ch the grey seach bar with the slider revolution with overlap header.. the grey main color don’t fit with the color fromt the slider is not good visble.
