Hi, I have created a site buy using your per-build website template. But I am facing a problem that when I tried to make it mobile responsive and do some change like ad placement position or some css style changing but it applied in every section, I mean desktop view, pad view and phone view. So how do I change only one section like want to change some style and section only for mobile and also want to do some change only for desktop section.

Unfortunately the theme doesn’t support RTL. There will most likely be various design issues if it is used in a RTL website, I can’t say if at some point support for RTL will be added. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Hi, I was just wondering how soon you are going to introduce a paywall to the theme as some other premium themes already have this option via Woocommerce (to support tons of payment gateways, not only PayPay or Stripe, because those payments not working/Support in most of countries). Thanks

Thank you for considering our theme.
1. The theme works with most types of ads. It will load any ad codes entered in it’s ad spots or ad boxes. And if the ad provider requirements are fulfilled the ads should work fine.
2. Unfortunately the theme does not have front end post submission. Perhaps at some point this feature will be created and added in the theme.
3. The theme is compatible with buddypress, regardless of the demo that you will install. The demos are just design, the theme itself works fine with buddypress.
4. Recently we introduced a subscription plugin https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-opt-in-builder/ A payment feature for it is currently in development and will be added in a future theme update.
5. We recommend using the composer we provide, it is a page and template builder. Most of the theme features are for it, all the demos are built and can only be edited with it, also the cloud library containing hundreds of templates can only be used through it. You could use additional builders if this is required.
6. For displaying a voting or rating options for posts, you could try adding these with various plugins. The theme doesn’t have these at this time unfortunately.
7. The theme is compatible with the woocommerce plugin, thorough an additional plugin https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-shop/ It contains extra woocommerce features and also templates for the shop page, also for products and their categories. Maybe you could consider using woocommerce and the options we provide specially for it.

Hi, this is not the first time when updating the newspaper the js-composer plugin (WP Bakery) is not in the plugins folder to be updated. My website is having problems due to lack of update. When will you make the updated plugin available in the theme folder?

I believe that the theme is not being installed properly. Maybe you are attempting to install the full theme package instead of the actual theme. I have checked and that screenshot is from an upcoming demo. The demo is not yet ready, it will be included in one of the future theme updates, most likely in the next one from what I know. After it will be added in the theme you can install it.

Something must have happened. I do see the website doesn’t not look properly, but I can’t quite know how it used to look before. I have a suggestion, check if the standard pack plugin is active https://i.imgur.com/SAiHUzD.png This plugin contains templates, and if maybe the website used these templates the plugin has to be active at all times. That used to be possible for Facebook videos as well, but not anymore unfortunately. I believe that due to modifications made by Facebook on their side a while back, it stopped working in the theme and featured videos from Facebook would not work anymore. Perhaps at some point it will be fixed or modified in the theme to work again, but I can’t say for sure however. Sorry for the inconvenience, and please let me know if you have more questions.

It should still be there, we haven’t removed it. Depending on the type of post template you are using, first check if it is enabled. I just activated Mobile Theme & AMP, but I want to ask if there’s any way to actually customize the front page? If I look at the Theme Panel, it only allows me to include a grid and latest articles. That’s it? Is there a way to use AMP, with a mobile page, without using the Mobile Theme, if it’s that limited? Or maybe I’ve just missed the customization options for the mobile theme.

The mobile theme homepage can display a grid at top, then your own content below it if you enter any in the mobile editor for the homepage https://i.imgur.com/Ty8CYho.png and then there will be a latest articles section at the bottom. That would be all the mobile homepage can display, as there is no way to actually build it, like a mobile page can be with the composer. A mobile page can’t be used with AMP however, so a choice has to be made in the matter, either AMP or a mobile page.

A theme regular license is for one website, according to the themeforest license terms https://themeforest.net/licenses/standard If you want to create multiple websites with the theme, you will have to purchase multiple regular licenses, or purchase the extended license. If there is a notice that mentions that the key activation limit has been reached, that usually means that he key was used to activate the theme quite a few times. Send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide the key, so we can check how it was used.

Hello, I recently installed the CryptoNews demo but there is a problem, the design for pages is not working, even looking at your demo a design for pages was not created, looking at the pages linked in the footer of the demo, they are all with # and not there are pages, https://prnt.sc/1wmpxbv

Not all menu links or various links from a demo lead to actual pages. Those pages if you want to have them on the website will have to be created and set after installing the demo. We can help with it as well, send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide a link to the website, and mention everything we can help with, in detail. Let us know. For example in the page example you provided https://prnt.sc/1wmq2dd that appears to be a page not created with the composer, so these settings from the theme panel must be used to set the color of the content https://i.imgur.com/RexhRNz.png Because of the dark background of the respective demo, that must be done in this case. The respective website does use the Newspaper theme, it doesn’t appear to have a demo installed. The website was built without installing one of the theme demos.
In order to test the theme, check it’s settings, see how it works etc. you would have to purchase it and install it on a testing website for example. That is the only way. Then, if you should decide that the theme is not what you are looking for, you can request a refund and we will approve it. Please let me know if you have more questions.
