I am interested in your theme but I have one question which is very crucial. We are focused on renting 2 weeks to a couple of months. Our policy is to charge for a full amount of the reservation if the stay is less than 30 days. However, if the stay is longer than 30 days, we would only need to charge the first month and not the full amount. And the rest would be paid after check-in.

Is it possible to have such feature with your theme?

Great theme! I’m looking for a travel agent site for group bookings with an online app. I’m looking for a theme with the following functionality:

website visitor to book the event or travel package online for a group booking ie hens or bucks holidays, football trips etc etc.

The main person organizing might request a package for 10-30 people. Once the booking has been placed the travel agent can set up an itinerary for the group package and various add ons that a client may request ie mini golf, ocean cruise etc. Upon entering each email address for each person attending and the travel agent has added all extras to the booking each person will be sent an invoice for their amount of the trip with the ability for them to view itenary and pay for their % in the booking. is this possible with your theme?

next Problem. I want to set reservation as confirmed aster I receive money through bank tranfer. I have made settings to confirm by payment. But when user creates reservation It automatically sets reservation as confirmed, but that shodl not happen. It should be someting like status – waiting for payment or waiting. I want to use modified page “payment success” because of type of payment method display and also before arrival deposit.

Why is automatically confirmed? I am not using WooCoomerce, maybe it Will slova that, but I do not hale experienies with that.

I found a small problem with two languages (english and czech-default). I have main Page with linked availability calendar ( by ID of accomodation type) but in default czech language everything is working fine, no problem. But when I switch to english the page with linked calendars is not working, no calendar is showed. And accomodation formulář is also not antice (not possible to choose dáte) .On both languages I am using same ID because of Common calendar ( property-common to both languages). Making another accomodation type for english does not make sense, because calendar needs to be shared to both languages.

Do you know why is this happening? Thank you
