Hi, I just updated WP + Listify to the last update. But now the from page is showing a boxed layout, showing a message “critical error” + none of the listings work.
Whats going on? My support license is outdated but I should need a support paid plan in order to use normal updates.

Is this theme dependent on Woocommerce? I have a fatal error on my website that seems kind of strange:

very nice looking theme!! We have now some presale question:
a) we can sell highlight badge? -> The listing will have colored border or badge in list/grid view. b) We can sell “promoted” badge? -> The listing will be over the top in search and category/archive pages. c) we can setup duration for highlight badge and for promoted badge? -> User can purchase highlight badge for 10 days, for 20 days, for 30 days. Most of all themes can do that. We have checked your documentation but no words about this functions/details.
So i have the feeling your theme is missing this function. Is that right or not? Please explain we can do that or not?! c) we can sell SHOW ON STARTPAGE option? -> User can purchase this option for his listing and the listing will be shown on startpage for X days. Please confirm.

a. This is possible but within the featured listing. Of course, you can the coloured border in the list grid with some customizations done.
b. This is possible for featured badges you just need to create a package for it.
c. This is also doable within the package. However, do note that these packages are created with the listing payments plugin which is a paid plugin.
d. Well, this is possible to show the listing on the homepage you just have to select the widget for displaying featured listings.

1. Since the site is based on widgets you will not miss out on advertising space. That can be catered for.
2. As for the dokan compatibility we have not tested our theme with this plugin hence can not guarantee its compatibility with the theme. We majorly focus on WooCommerce & Product Vendors plugin.
3. The theme is indeed compatible with Arabic translations. For multilingual use you can go with the WPML plugin or Polylang plugin as well.
4. At the moment we do not have an android or ios application yet
5. Yes, the theme is based on listings and not really ads, and one can opt to create a package that other users will use to get their listings featured first.
6.Yes it is possible to change the color styling and its typography as well.

I have purchased Listify Re: AStoundify Plugins Question

With respect to your query here, I have logged into your site admin and the plugins that require the activation here are only the claim listings and perhaps the labels plugin which is free. Here is a screenshot of where you can insert their respective License keys: https://prnt.sc/1y4r6ua
For the labels plugin, you just need to click the labels tab and scroll below to insert the key.
Other than those two plugins I have not seen any other plugin from Astoundify other than the regions plugin which is free plugin.

do you have features in your theme…?
1) Use Pre-set field and create custom fields, 2) configure listing page for each type, means 3) Each listing has a different separate fields

With respect to your query here, firstly, we do not have preset field and the theme is not meant to create custom fields. We however recommend using the field editor plugin to create these fields with the theme. Secondly, you can configure a listing page but it should be used across all listing types. You can not have a specific page for a certain type yet. Well this depend on the custom fields you create on the first step as you can assign fields to specific listings with that third party plugin. It is also best if you consult the plugin author on how it works.

Hi there, I have already contacted support twice and have also put in a refund request but I have heard absolutely nothing back?? I felt the promotional images for listify are completely misleading by using phrases such as ‘Drag and Drop’ and have your marketplace set up in minutes – or something along those lines. Anyway – I am not a developer and I have found this theme to be completely useless! When I followed all the instructions for setting up i viewed the site and it just looks like a blog site? And a really boring one at that – no images, no demo images – nothing! I feel completely conned! I really do hope i will be offered a refund soon because otherwise I will be getting in touch with trading standards to file a complaint for false advertising!

Is there a way to have a secondary listing category and a way to list languages spoken on the listing?

With respect to your query here, am assuming you mean like a child category? Well that is possible so long as the theme is installed on a basic WordPress setup. When it listing languages in the category you can do so in the description area of the listing. Hope this is what you mean, but if I missed something be sure to clarify as well.

Thank you for the response.
What I was referring to was having a second category listing. So if someone makes listing and say for example a listing could be in Restaurants but then also be listed in Bars.
As for the language question, I was seeing if it was possible where on the listing creation page there were be a section “Languages Spoken” and the user posting the listing would be able to check some options and it would appear on the listing.

With respect to your query here, Well for the categories here you want to have a listing that can be shown on two different categories, if so then this is possible as well. When it comes to languages, this would have to include the creation of a field that will display the “Languages Spoken”. You can use the Field Editor plugin to create this field where users can choose the languages and create their listing based on that.

Hello, I want to create a marketplace connecting sellers of services (with booking calendar) and buyers. A commission is set to remunerate the administrator. Your system seems to do the job but I read in the previous comments that it is not made to set up a marketplace. Is that the case ? What is the payment solution that manages the commissions, just Products Vendor? For the reservation system, WooCommerce Bookings doesn’t seem highly rated by users, do you have another compatible solution? thank you

With respect to your query here, when it comes to having a marketplace site, we always recommend the Vendify theme. However, the listify does support this only that it happens on the backend of your site. In this case, if you want vendors/listing owners to submit their own products you’ll want to look at the WooCommerce Product Vendors plugin . See more here.

Hello Brian, thank you for your prompt response. I’m actually looking into building a travel directory and planning on using either the classic demo or the vintage demo. Do I still need the paid plugins in order to build a site using either demo? The guide you sent is a guide to build the rentals demo and I am not interested on that demo at all. Just searched for the answers to the questions I asked above. It seems as some plugins are required but can you please help me clarify the following points.
1- WooCommerce Bookings; Is this plugin only if I want to take bookings through my site? It’s not necessary if I don’t take bookings?
2-WooCommerce Social Login; It’s only necessary if I want visitors/businesses to log in through a social media? visitors/businesses will still be able to log in through account creation?
3-Astoundify Plugin Bundle; It’s necessary only if using the jobs theme?
4-Listings Payments; It’s only necessary if I start charging for listings?

With respect to your query here, well that guide applies to the rentals demo. However, you will still require plugins like the Listing Payments and Addon Bundle if you need other monetization features. These are also used in the listings theme as well but not all of them.
Don’t get me wrong, the theme will still work even without these plugins as they only add the required additional functionality.
If you don’t take bookings then no need for the WC bookings plugin. Social login is for allowing users to register or log in with social media accounts.

Great theme! I’m looking for a travel agent site for group bookings with an online app. I’m looking for a theme with the following functionality:
website visitor to book the event or travel package online for a group booking ie hens or bucks holidays, football trips etc etc.
The main person organizing might request a package for 10-30 people. Once the booking has been placed the travel agent can set up an itinerary for the group package and various add ons that a client may request ie mini golf, ocean cruise etc. Upon entering each email address for each person attending and the travel agent has added all extras to the booking each person will be sent an invoice for their amount of the trip with the ability for them to view itenary and pay for their % in the booking. is this possible with your theme?

With respect to your query here, well the listify theme can serve you well with the kind of features you are looking at here.
However some of these features will require third party plugins. For instance we use the WooCommerce Bookings to enable the bookings feature in the theme and the Listings Payments to create packages for users who would like to add their own listings. Therefore most of these are controlled by WooCommerce but it is possible to use the theme.

With respect to your query here, well as of now we only have that design of the slider on mobile. You can always change that but it would require more customizations which we do not currently support. I would recommend contacting a developer to have that changed.
This would be the same for the breadcrumbs issue it would require some customizations for that. However, I will go ahead and add it in our feature request section to help add it in the near future.
As for the toggle filter on mobile, it does seem to work from my end. Am not sure which device/browser you tested this on. Be sure to have the cache cleaned up as well.

Hi There Your theme looks very good however I have a few questions. Can customers search by location i.e postcode, or town? Also how easy is it to customise and hide things on the site? With respect to your query here, yes it is indeed possible for users to search listings by location or defined addresses that include city and postcodes.
It is easy to hide various items in the theme should you not need them. Additionally if there is no functionality for this we can always provide you with a workaround.
Should you not want the section for add listing not to be included in the frontend for other users you just have to hide it or remove the page from showing in the menu section.

Do you still not support elementor pro? Because it have the most wanted widgets and dynamic fields. Professional websites need more functions/need elementor pro for content. Please confirm: is your theme still not official elementor pro compatible?
2. Which elementor theme related widgets do you have? For example: Do you have login and register widget for elementor? So we can build custom header with login and register element.
3. We can build custom listng detail page with elementor pro? Or its still not possible?

With respect to your query here, the theme is not fully compatible with the Eleementor Pro at the moment. The theme requires the Elementify Plugin should you need to use it with Elementor. The Pro version of Elementor is not supported officially.
As for the widgets it comes with these are basically those that are meant in the design of the theme such as the listing dashboard element, Listing Home element among others. We do not hat elements related to login and registration.
Well it would be possible but would require detailed customizations which we are not in a position to provide at the moment as the theme is not officially compatible with Elementor Pro.
