1, How do i edit the following text strings from the vibe plugins. Affiliatewp, Calendar, HelpDesk, Vibe Blog, Vibe Zoom from user front-end dashboard i tried using the Say Yes plugin but its not working.
2, Lastly the Instructor user type dashboard displays in a strange way rather that in the box grid like the students. I did setup instructor sidebar on widgets.

How do i fix it?
1. Each of the plugins come with their own set of translation file. You can use it to translate the strings. 2. It seems the calls are truncated can you reduce the number of widgets in your dashboard screen and check again. The vibebp 1.6.4 releasing this week we have reduced the number of hits for dashboard from 1 hit per widget to 1 hit for entire dashboard.
1, Tell me how to locate this translation files and edit text strings for plugins permanently even after theme updates.

3. WPLMS is HeadLess, system, everything runs via API calls there is absolutely “no chance” any WPLMS plugin can cause slowness in your site. The only exceptions are the Plugins page and the dashboard updates page where it is checking for an update and with 62 plugins it is making 62 hits to several servers to check for updates.

The updates are free for life. If 4.099 to 4.1 is not happening automatically, you can download the theme from your account at themeforest and upload it at Wp admin – Appearance- Themes

In a member area model with monthly payment. Is it possible to commission the instructors, proportionally to the minutes watched by the students, in the videos of each instructor?
Yes it is possible via custom code. We do have provision to record commissions at various levels or activities. So you can calculate commission based on number of enrols that happen in a course in a month or on number of views or unit completions. The exact number of minutes are only available via unit timing or user session extensions in wplms.

Thank you, this is not an issue which can be fixed from code. We have to check which font would work for Korean and tcpdf you just have to try different fonts, we will try again.

I would like to have a pre-sale question. 1) Need to develop an elearning management system with zoom integration so that each teachers/ instructors can schedule their own online classes if required along with prerecorded classes and resources which can be downloaded and can be restricted based on the requirements. 2) We also need to convert this to mobile app android and iOS app and needed to be placed on the app stores and play stores. Will this be possible ? 3) We should be able to integrate online payment gateway. Buyong per courses or like a subscriptions based on some particular group/ category of courses. 1. Yes, this is possible. We do have Zoom addon integration available. With Appointments scheduler so that each instructor can manage his/her booking and slots. The Zoom sessions are recorded on Zoom itself and a link is presented to the users who missed the session to watch the session.
2. Yes, this is possible, you can easily do this without modifying any code.
3. Payment gateways would only work in web site, not inside apps as appstores do not approve apps with outside payment methods. Yes, you can sell courses as membership plans.

I have followed your instructions on how to setup my site as a PWA. I have also been able to generate the app successfully but not yet published at the webstore. I did install the apk in my phone and all works well. One thing that is not working as expected is the offline mode for my videos stored in Vimeo. I cannot just get them to be downloaded and cached in the app cache. NB. I’ve enabled offline from the admin page for the courses. Videos are playing well when i am online. I am currently subscribed to Vimeo business plan.

This is possible and it will be available in VideoVibe addon of WPLMS which uses API to upload videos on Vimeo and same API will be used to download the videos. We have a video processing unit which works for self hosted and youtube videos only at the moment for downloadable courses.
Thanks for your response. Self hosted clips appear to download well and can play while offline. Vimeo video download for offline viewing is not working. All our videos are hosted in Vimeo. How will Video vibe plugin help us? All we want is for the videos to be downloaded in the app and available when offline.
The Vimeo Videos have to be downloaded offline to offline use. By default Vimeo does not allow this, unless you do this via a authenticated token and you will need a Vimeo business/pro account for this. We do have a provision to download the video but it requires a authenticated token from Vimeo which is already present in the VideoVibe Addon and we have to just process the download using Vimeo API.
