Hi Porto,
How to know the exact dimensions of the image (to do with same dimensions and insert it). In the slider the left big image is not showing good for movile devices and not to much good for PC also. (Im working with bakery pagebuilder with a predefined layout).
Also why in the previsualization in movile devices looks good and when i check in my movile the image looks desconfigured.

Hi Porto, I mean, in the slider the left image is big, is correctly in PC but in movile the half bottom part of this image is completely in grey with the button and should cover all the image.

If you are using Pre-Built Header Type then you have to change/modify it from Porto >> Theme Options >> Header: “Contact Info” as per your requirements.
OR
If you are using Custom Header Builder, then you have to edit it and edit the particular element and change the content as per your requirements.
Hi Porto, In the first option I can’t. From Porto – theme options – header is showing the good movile but in my frond end shows the wrong telephone.

Really sorry for the inconviniance, but that issue occurs when you tried to use the same purchase code multiple times or your server IP calls our internal server multiple times, so in that case we have to find and whitelist the server IP and purchase code, so please contact us via our support system with your site WP Admin Login details so that we will check and solve it for you on your site.

The thumbnail of the Video is Not of same Height n Width, as it is for Images on the Main Product page. Thereby making it very Odd looking.
Should not it is (Video) supposed to have the same dimensions, as it is for Images.

2. How to place the Video thumbnail at 2nd position on Main Product page.
Because, if I have 3 images and a Video link of any product, then the Video thumbnail shows at 4th position. If I have 4 images and 1 video link, then the Video thumbnail shifts further to 5th position.
And unfortunately, visitor or customer will Not be able to find whether the product has Video or Not, at first instance.
But by showing Video thumbnail at 2nd position (or in Prime visible area), it immediately catches visitor’s attention, and they may click and find more about product, resulting in conversion.
How to place Video thumbnail at 2nd or 3rd position in thumbnail area on Main product page.

1. You have to set it using Custom height, Please copy and paste the below-given CSS code to Porto >> Theme Options >> Skin >> Custom CSS and check back your site after removing the browser cache.

2. Sorry to say that but this is not possible, by default the video thumbnail is placed at the very end of the gallery and this is how it works, so this requires Customization, for now, there is no option for it.
1. This custom CSS does not work correctly. As it is Only Hiding the Bottom part of the Video thumbnail forcefully.
Due to which the bottom part is Not visible, as well as the Black Border at bottom is also Not visible (upon hovering mouse)

2. Technically, the video thumbnail should also be of Same Width and Height, as it is of images, by default. Just wondering, why there is a need to wrote and Add custom CSS.
Should not Video thumbnail display as intended, and as it is for images too,
3. Wish if there could be an option to Display the Video thumbnail at 2nd position (or as per our wish). As most ecommerce sites (major ones), are displaying Video thumbnails at 2nd or custom position.
Infact few themes also, allows to do so

While we currently do not have that feature, I am forwarding this to our development department for considering to add it in the theme, but I am not giving you the guarantee for that because please note that a theme cannot satisfy all requirements as it may occur theme heaviness. Sometimes it may require your own customization. So if the development department finds it fit with the theme environment then surely they will look through it.

We updated bootstrap to 5 from 4 through 6.2.0.
Bootstrap 5 updated row and column grid system using flex: 0 0 auto and width instead of flex: 0 0 %; width: % for columns.
If you have any style issues such as column width in the new version, please compile all CSS again using Porto -> Tools -> Compile CSS in the admin.

We use a porto carousel on our frontpage to show a gallery with 3 images. Suddenly the next and prev buttons are acting weird, and it is very easy to “break” the carousel by clicking 3-4 times on the next button. It also ignores the first click on next, but it does skip to the next “dot” but does not switch image. And that seems to be the animation issue on your site, please edit the element and remove those animations and check back.

Hello, I found the Speed Optimize Wizard, before that I did not know at all that Porto has such a thing. I was pleasantly surprised that the theme already takes care of the site speed itself. However, I do not understand this at all, tell me, please. Optimize WPBakery & Shortcodes, it automatically displays everything that my site does not use and I can select “Toggle All”? Because there are options like “add_to_cart”, and I don’t know what that means in Shortcodes, but of course there is an “add to cart” action in my store. And will this setting break my site at all? And is it possible then, if something happens, to completely roll back the Speed Optimize Wizard Optimize WPBakery & Shortcodes changes as if I hadn’t changed anything? Thanks for your appreciation, Yes, those are the elements of shortcodes that are present in the theme, you can only check those elements shortcodes that you are not using on your site from there and it will work for you and reduce the CSS and JS of those checked elements from your site and yes you can un-check those elements again as well.

Can you please tell me, I find many almost identical shortcodes that differ only in the prefix wp/vc or porto, for example product_categories and porto_product_categories. I understand correctly that I can mark and disable product_categories from WordPress/Woocommerce, because it is already replaced by porto_product_categories, or am I wrong and it works somehow differently? Yes, you are right, if you mark “product_categories” then it will remove the Wp/woo element functionality from your site but you can use the “porto_product_categories” element at the same time with almost the same functionality.

There seems one Bug in the theme.
When product receives any Review and is Approved, then, the Product tabs on that same Product page of the site becomes Invisible. Those appears as if they are loading, but Never shows up.

Side Note: This Bug is for other visitors (guest) who visits our Site and view the Same product that already received Review.
However, If we Unapproved that Review of that same particular Product, then the Product tabs are Visible again, for guest Visitors too.
But, as Reviews needs to be present and we have to keep them enabled, this issue needs attention, for solution.

PS: The only time and possibility, the product tabs on same Product page are visible, is to the user who actually left the Review and is Logged-in too, and then viewing the same product page.

Just thought to mention, that the Woo tabs or Product tabs are visible for ALL other products that did Not received any Review so far. Even Guest users or visitors can see the Product page properly with Product tabs of products with NO review.

The only thing is that the Guest visitors (or logged-out users) will not be able to see the Product tabs (Woo tabs) only for those products which have received Reviews.

Hi guys – bought another licence of the theme to use on another site – we like it.
Question – how can we turn on the main TITLE area – that block that usually sits under the main menu and before the main content – you know where you can make the coloured and it will contain both the Page title as well as the breadcrumbs?
Currently we can only see the breadcrumbs – so Category pages in the shop or normal information pages, the Page Title itself it not shown unless you put it in manually somewhere.
So essentially want a Title area to be shown. Cannot figure out how to turn it on and configure.

ah literally just worked it out – no I see you admin all this through the breadcrumbs area – had to change the breadcrumbs layout first, then choose to show the Title, then change the colour from not white – then it showed. So yes the breadcrumbs area is essentially the Title area.
Essentially I was missing a H1 title from pages which was concerning – this is where it shows via the page name etc.

Since the license was bought by the developer who did this site, i cant login to envato and see the full license. I have the partial code in the wordpress backend.
