Hello, i bought this theme but i didn’t know that if i uninstall wordpress i couldn’t use the same purchase code on the same site, there is anyway to solve this without buying another license?

Hello, if I go to my Bridge Dashboard in my Wordpress, it brings me to a page asking me to input my e-mail and Purchase code to register the site. Where would I find the Purchase Code? I don’t have any documentation of it and I’ve tried to look through different licensing files and couldn’t find anything related to me specifically.

When you log in at our Help Center, click on the “Submit a Request” link in header, and fill in the form shown in screenshot. I manage this theme for many sites, and I’m buying multiple licenses. I’m an agency, because of this I’m going to manage around 20-30 licenses in two different accounts.

I need a more efficient way to manage licenses, I have many downloads and I don’t understand which purchase code is related to which site.

Is there a platform where I can see the licenses and relate them to specific site? Because in ThemeForest I have all the downloads and it’s very confusing. Do you also provide some kind of packages for agencies for 30-40 licenses?

Hi Qode team, we tried submitting a ticket regarding this, but the ticket system requires a purchase code and the site is a client site. They have the Bridge theme purchased through Theme Forest, but do not have the purchase code available for us.

We’re getting the following deprecation errors on the client’s site:

Please check if you are running the latest theme version (see change log). Hi, there is an issue with my Bridge website. When my customers scroll, just one movement/scroll, the website scrolls quite a lot – about a third of the page. How can I set it to only scroll a little bit and not a lot?

In portfolio gallery, how to hide an image tittle? When you focus on image on portfolio image name is showing (from media image – title (“post_title” in db “wp_posts” table). I don’t want to display name image in “Portfolio gallery”.

I have activated the license. But in wp admin area i am still seeing following message:
