I want to delete an old page and use Avada for a new page. I can’t find the way to remove the purchase code from the old site in my Themeforrest account?

For this, you can navigate to your support account area on our website: https://theme-fusion.com/support/account/
Then navigate to the “Register Purchase Code” tab in your account are to see/add purchase codes.
There you will find out the domain for each respective purchase code. Screenshot here → https://share.getcloudapp.com/6quryD4e (you can hit the refresh button to update this or unregister button to free up that purchase code for use on another domain/installation).

I just updated to Avada 7.5 and now I can not see/edit any of my page text etc. When I click on the pencil icon to edit the text block the text area is blank. can you help please?

I don’t want to add class names to the individual nested columns, but rather the entire container that holds the columns. Please let me know if this is possible and I’ll create a support account.

You can target the inner container by a bit of CSS and using a unique class on the parent Column that holds the Nested Columns. Please do send us a ticket and we can guide further.

Hello, In some of your demos, some plugins like woocommerce or events calendar are included. does that mean that someone buying your template and installing a demo which doesnt’ have woocommerce included, will have to buy the plugins separately?

Hi,
I am looking for a menu which can open a new window without url bar and tool bar and other bars. Actually i have a examination / test website and in footer i would like to have exam buttons like Exam 1, Exam 2, Exam 3 etc so that if i click on any exam in footer it opens in a popup window or in uper frame / window.
is it possible to do that with Avada ?

Sorry I have to do this here but no one in support has helped me resolve my issue and I am designing a site that will go live very soon. Since updating to 7.5 I cannot use the live builder which is horrible being it’s the only way I can see mobile, iPad and desktop for reasons of making sure elements are seen or not. Here is what I now see when trying to use live builder (keep in mind I added a ticket over a week ago and all I got is a request for all my credentials which IS NOT SECURE)
TypeError: null is not an object (evaluating ‘(e=void 0===e?””:e).trim’)
I cannot function like this and I am begging for your help

Good evening, I’ve bought the Avada Theme (Version 7.5). (WordPress 5.8.1, WooCommerce and all other plugins are on the newest)
In this new Version I can use some new fusion elements, like the “Woo Sorting Element”.
I’ve added (created) a new Page as the official Shop Page, because I need an individual layout. So I need this element in this page.
I’ve translated (with Loco Translate) in “Theme” and in the plugins “Fusion Core” and “Avada Builder” all words I need into German (sort by %, date, price etc.), but this element shows all words in English.
(WooCommerce is translated completely into German)
All .po and .mo (Avada, Avada Core, Avada Builder) are installed (into system and into package).
I also translated some words in the Theme editor in “wc-catalog-ordering.php”.
Unfortunately nothing works.
On the “normal” Shop page the “catalog-ordering” (Sorting) is in German.
Please can you tell me, what I can do, to translate the Woo Sorting Element into German?

I have been using Avada for many years, and have been lucky because I was able to use one license for multiple site. It appears you guys have locked that down now and need to purchase a new license for each new domain, right? If that is the case, do you offer any yearly subscription option or discount for multiple licenses? I do a lot of websites and was hoping for something outside of one-off sales each time I build a new website. If not, no big deal, I will still use and I love this theme.

We are glad that you do love the theme. Actually the terms of licensing have been the same since the theme has been sold on Envato. The only thing that has been changed is how the theme registration is checked.
Currently we do not have any ongoing offers on the theme but we do keep coming up with occasional sales. You can be in touch via various social media platforms to get alerts on this
