I download the zip file, I then upload the theme and preview it. In preview mode, my logo is gone and the colour of my menu has changed. This never happened in the past?

It means that you have no image logo

Our theme has directory functionality but it’s product oriented. If you need profile oriented, it’s better to search Yellow pages directory themes

Ok, but it’s theme, not a plugin. I am sure that once you enable other theme, you will lose all content which is made with your current theme
Hi there! First of all I love your theme. I have been using it for many years now. Recently I got a weird problem going on in some pages (not all the pages) in one of my website. I use this theme in other sites but this is the only one with this problem. The issue: there is a big blank space right after the footer and I can’t seem to find the culprit. When I add a block with the Taxonomy Archive, it always has a 12 in front of it.

Be aware that while this theme advertises it’s compatibility with marketplace plugins and buddypress, it’s not exactly streamlined. They have NOT integrated the buddypress user profiles with the Vendors, which makes for a bulky and confusing experience for your users. And don’t bother trying to contact them. Maybe I just got a bad representative, but he kept telling me to “just remove” buddypress if I didn’t like the extra dashboard.
This was a decent theme 2 years ago, but there are much better themes out now that actually integrate the profiles with vendors seamlessly.
We have integrated Buddypress and vendor profiles. Each store has profile block and each profile has store block, vendors can use chats from Buddypress and users have integrated notifications, product tabs and other things. There are tons of other features and combinations in theme which are not available in any other theme.
Your needs are very custom. You want to combine Buddypress panel and vendor panel which, of course, technically has no sense because both profiles have different purposes and capabilities. All users have access to Buddypress profile, but not vendor profiles. Sorry, but if you want to change logic of core things, you must do own customization. We don’t plan to break the way how vendor plugins are working.
I have a user that is spamming the RH Frontend Form sending useless posts, If I delete his account, he is just going to create another one. It would be nice to have an option to blacklist a certain user group so when he submits a post using RH Frontend Form, nothing happens, so he is going to think he is still spamming, but nothing is really happening because no data is written to the server

I have made multiple attempts to create a child theme with the changes made (and the child theme download you offer), but I lose functionality and styling somehow – even though I’m copying over the edited files per the instructions. Fast response, I like it. It look like the link you just sent the Docs, might be a good one. I will do my home work again. It is too many things and steps to learn and setting up website. I have the affiliate link code to paste on web page or Home page (Front Page). The affiliate marketing link is ready for whole website, not one page, and I have multi-vendors and I like Rehub might work for me.

Hi, when updating from 15.4 to 17.1 I am getting this error: “Sorry, REHub Framework plugin works only with REHub themes. Please, deactivate Rehub Framework plugin or activate REHub theme here”.
