Form fields have no styles I have to code this as well, even free themes have styled form fields or options. I you charge and still have to code the theme it’s unfinished this theme or what?

Using LearnPress plugin with Bridge Theme – how can I remove the header? I searched here about removing the header and read that you should set the template to “Landing Page” – I can’t even get that template…?

I also just paid to get extra support but my account states that the licence is expired…

Hi, my purchase code is linked to an old website – I no longer know what one or where. I want to use the theme on my new one but there’s no options to unregister any other websites using it. Can you unregister the purchase code from other sites so I can use it on the new site only?

I can’t submit a support ticket on your site because my support has expired – but I don’t actually need support, it’s a genuine issue of wanting to register the theme and not knowing what it was previously registered to.

So, I have purchased two licenses for Bridge (both expired) and have only one domain actively using this theme. Unfortunately, neither of the licenses seem to be associated with that domain and I can’t find a way to update the domain associated with a license either (I created a Qode account, but that only allows “deregistering” a domain if one knows the current domain associated with a license, which I don’t). I can’t submit a Qode support request, because the “support” for both licenses has expired (this isn’t really a “support” request, but a request to be able to use the product that I purchased).

How do I manage the domains associated with my licenses if I don’t currently know the domain associated with each license? Can you simply clear out the domains associated with each of my licenses and I can reset them?

Any assistance is appreciated…

why are you only releasing elementor demos? Visual composer, are you phasing out as elementor is horrible to use compared to visual composer

Also even if a demo is Elementor you can still try to achieve building your content by following the design as you will always be able to use WPBakery to build your content the way you wish.

Hi – your site let me login, but I couldn’t leave a support ticket so I’m asking here. I’m using the Branding theme. How do you change the logo on the hamburger (black) menu? I have changed all the logos in the logo option, but none of them seem to be connected to that particular logo. It still says Bridge. We’re using the Qode Carousel on our site, but we’d like to speed up the movement. Since there are no options in the WP Bakery widget, can you provide code snippet to add to functions file?

Open theme folder / js / default.js file and there locate the Init Qode Carousel section.

Then you need to change the variable for animation duration. Just set some numeric value according to your needs.

Please note that numeric values represent a number of milliseconds (to increase speed set lover value for example 500). Take a look at the screenshot for further help.

Then, use a compression tool like http://jscompress.com and save a minified version of default.js (as default.min.js) into theme folder / js / default.min.js file.

Hello, I have just updated the theme and the wordpress and everything seems to work fine, but there is a weird problem. When I add a new portfolio page, it appears in the portfolio list but when i click in view more, it says: page not found. The page is created, but it is not found. What is happening??
