You can import your Frazer & WebManager feeds under Listings >> File Import and there is no extra cost to do that.
If you want to automate your inventory updates on a schedule we do have an Automatic Importer plugin that can keep your inventory updated automatically, if you would like more information on that please send an email to sales@themesuite.com

Hello. I’ve been using this theme for years without an issue and I absolutely love it. However whatever update happened lately has made the “Search Our Inventory” icon disappear when you select a specific vehicle from the dropdown Search listing on the front page.

If I need to renew support I will, but I’ve never needed to contact support before since I’ve been able to manage this all myself. The icon is still physically there, you can click it if you know where it is, but the icon is invisible.

Thanks for the kind words, glad to hear you are enjoying and making good use of the product! It looks like the button colour is set to transparent. Please go to Theme Options >> Custom Styling and ensure you have all of the colours set properly, and then even if you don’t end up changing anything try saving the settings as that will re-generate the files. If that doesn’t fix the problem you will need to open a Support Ticket including temporary login details for FTP and wp-admin so we can investigate. Thanks!

The lightbox slide show for the cars is totally broken. Please take a look at https://seattlesuperiormotors.com and select any auto and click on the main photo. We are using the latest version of the theme and Wordpress. Please advise.
Hmmm, something seems to be interfering with it either on your web hosting or another plugin or something. You can see on our demo and experience websites this is not happening on the latest version.

I noticed that “Delete Sold Listings After X Days” option is not following the X days before deleting the listing, it is deleting one day after changing listing status to sold. Delete Sold Listings option is ON and set to delete in 5 days.
Can you confirm if you are using the latest version of the Automotive Theme and Automotive Listings Plugin?
Automotive Theme version: 12.3 and Automotive Lintings Plugin version: 17.2
How many days do you have it set to?
When I submitted my comment it was set to 5 days. Last Friday I changed to 4 days just to make sure there was no issue with the database. Until know no car was sold.
Just to clarify, you still have the same problem where you mark a car as ‘Sold’ by changing the status, and then it still deletes after 1 day instead of 4 days?
Yes, we still have the same problem, yesterday it was changed status of 3 cars to “Sold”, today they are not showing up in the listing anymore. Looking into listings panel they are listed in the trash tab.
After playing around with it further we were able to replicate the problem. We have got this fixed and it will be released in the next update. Thanks for reporting this!

I keep trying to update from VS 9 to the newest VS and it says “The theme is at the latest version.” but its not
You are using a really old version that used to connect to the old Envato API for updates. Envato cancelled that API a couple of years ago and converted to a new OAUTH system, so as a result the newer versions of the theme in the past couple of years have. been using the new OAUTH system for updates. You will need to manually update your theme and plugins via FTP, and then after you do that you will be able to go to Theme Options >> Update Settings and connect your website to the new OAUTH system for automatic updates moving forward.

Is it possible to make it work to infinity? Instead of disabling the “next vehicle” button when you reach the last car, you hit “next vehicle and it goes to the first car?
I have requested a demo, and search for such option on the “Theme Options > Single Listing Page” but could not find it.

Is there a way that the first car on this list “2009 Porsche Carrera 4S Turbo Convertible” is the first car when we are in the car details page?

This would also require some customization work. The issue with doing this is that it uses the post ID, which is different from the inventory order. It is possible, but it would likely be less work to customize the infinite loading for you. I need to perform a simple task but don’t see where or how this is done with this theme. I need to insert a meta tag for Facebook verification. Where do I do this?
The easiest way to do this is with the Yoast SEO plugin, install/activate this and then you can go to SEO >> Social >> Facebook. If that doesn’t accomplish what you are hoping to do, please open a Support Ticket including further details so a member of our development team can assist further. Thanks! 
That’s a different connection for Facebook. I need to insert this meta tag so they can verify domain ownership: <meta name=”facebook-domain-verification” content=”hl0192artb4tofuaz8uvfmx7rwc32e” />
Where would I insert this? There’s no method in the options and settings to insert code into the <head> section that I can see.

I am not able to reset my license. Under My Products section I see my purchase code as not registered and support expired but there is no button to reset license. The first installation was in lab environment, now we need to change the domain to go live. Thank you
I looked up your theme license and it does not appear to be registered to any websites, which is why there is no option to reset it.
Please check to make sure that your theme directory has not been renamed and is still ‘automotive’. Sometimes this will cause an issue if you are trying to register the website for automatic updates.
Interesting, maybe because I had uninstalled the theme. Well After uninstalling I tried to install on the new domain, new installation, but was not able, was receiving the message saying link is expired, well I just followed the documentation to manually install. It worked. Thank you.

After the last update of the theme the map of the home page does not work. Look at the web https://gm-automocion.com/ I have the Google catch well placed
This doesn’t have anything to do with our theme or plugins, you just have not enabled billing on your Google Maps API Key: https://console.cloud.google.com/project/_/billing/enable After you do that your map will start working again. 
what exactly does the front end submission add on do? does that make it easier for me to add vehicles and items for sale>?
It allows you to submit listings (vehicles for sale) from the front end of the website without having to submit via the wp-admin panel. We just emailed you over some more information

Does the template have the ability for customers to register accounts for them, sell their own cars on the site, and receive offers through a control panel for each customer? This is the first question Is there a trial version to access the control panel?

Dear Theme suite, I am happy to purchase support renewal if that’s what’s needed but my theme will not update. we have followed the steps to the letter but it keeps telling us that it cannot update and it has become buggy for us.

I had a look at the source code and the problem is that you are using a very old version of the Automotive theme and Automotive Listings plugin that used the old Envato API system that has been disabled for a over two years now. The current versions of these products use the new OAUTH system. To resolve the problem you will need to manually update your theme and plugin to the latest versions via FTP, and then connect your account with the Login with Envato button under Theme Options >> Update Settings and you will be all set to receive automatic updates moving forward. 
All sorted, you guys have been great, to anyone reading this and wondering about these guys and their theme, its the best combination of product and support you will find, just buy it, worth every cent.

In demo, there are layout issues in woocommerce pages, margins and some bugs, can you fix it?

We have tested it on mobile and tablet but can’t seem to see the issue. Do you see the problem on our WooCommerce demo site at https://demo.themesuite.com/automotive-wp/shop/ or is it only visible on your website? If it is only on your website we would need to look at your specific website to investigate via support ticket, but if you can see the problem on our demo site, can you let us know what device / browser / operating system you are using so we can try and see the problem?
