BUG? When using templates for single product view if the product has variations the selections will not work unless the customer is logged in. I disabled the template and everything works fine. I am using the most up to date version of the theme

I changed my Envato username shortly after purchase, and as soon as my support expired the theme no longer updates, and my license key is coming back as not valid for either my old or new username. Since my support is expired, I cannot get help from the theme creator. Really disappointed.

It is not clear that customers can message you once the support expired.
For anyone having a similar issue it comes from moving your site from one host to another. You have to de-register and re-register the new deployment. Just de-registering the initial deployment doesn’t do the trick. If you attempt to check your key before re-registering, despite the fact that your page shows as being registered, the key will come back as not registered. Good luck. Also Muffin Group, it’s unprofessional to accuse customers of lying. You should have asked questions if you didn’t understand my statement, not accused the customer of lying.
In the support tab of the Betheme -> https://themeforest.net/item/betheme-responsive-multipurpose-wordpress-theme/7758048/support are all information of how to contact with us. There is no info that you can not contact with us therefore we told you that your statement is false. And we do not accused you, just simply wanted to explain that you are wrong with what you said. So apologise if we somehow hurt you but this was not the intention obviously.
I cannot find in the options the way to change the color of the + and – icons to add or remove products from the product they are currently white but I cannot find the color in the theme options to change color to black : https://ibb.co/pQ4yBkm

Hi… I mean a post with more than one author. Something similar to Co-Authors Plus plugin. By default, WordPress only lets you assign one author per post.

hello seems after of someone update that you do my theme broken. I use the theme Hotel 2 and i have add a social icon on meny area Social Menu Top | depth 1 and stop shows up. also i have add wpml on Languages Menu | depth 1 and also stops shows up. why this happent? what do you change? coz if i change the the postions of any of above to Main Menu | depth 5 (Overlay | depth 1) or Secondary Menu | depth 2 (Split | depth 5) shows without problem on that position the wpml and social icon

Hi, I have a purchase code less than 1 year old and have now killed the website it was purchased for. Trying to set it up for the new website, have deregistered and deleted all the folders from the old one, but it will still not activate on the new one saying “Purchase code already used.”
Solved it by finding the deregistration website in the support forum. Thanks!

BUYER BEWAR “ElementorFriendly”
Incredibly frustrating experience so far with the theme Hero (Revolution Slider). Your team suggested that to get rid of the slider I could do two things: 1) deactivate slider plug in, it left a hard coded revolution slider shortcode that I couldnt get rid of.
2) Deactivate slider by “edit Page”>”Slider”>”Select”. It left the Title of the page hardcoded. So I proceeded to change the Template type from “Default”>”Elementor Full Width”. That removed the header title, but messed with the other elements in the page.
Please suggest a fix that works

we don’t quite understand what this “beware” is about. Subheader that appeared after disabling built-in slider revolution appears by default but it could be easily disabled. Hi, your screenshot refers to solution ”#2” I listed in my original comment, which your team has already given me. Once again when I do that solution, it leaves the Title of the page hardcoded.
Please provide an appropaite solution, to this very frustrating problem.
The solution I gave you, removes whole subheader (including the title). If there is still something left, then probably it is not a title and you have to send us link to that page so we may have a closer look on it. UPDATE: It has been solved, it was an easy fix, just took a lot of back and forth. It was not related to elementor at all, so just be ready to have to familiarize yourself with the “Muffin Builder” for small things. I was able to easily edit the rest with elementor.

Does anyone know how to get betheme to work with restrict content pro? If you want to restrict the content using the plugin the muffin builder still shows. I know this problem has been arund for years now has anyone managed to find a workaround?
