You won’t need two licenses for this. Once you are done with development just deativate the license then activate it to your live site. This will do the work

Hello, I have a question about licensing when working on a DEV subdomain first, then moving to LIVE. I need to make a clone of existing websites to a subdomain or to another domain. Then I need to install your theme there, change all the text/images/contacts, then I’ll be ready to move back to the original domain.
The question is about licensing… It seems I’ll need to register the theme on the DEV, so I can import a demo, then I need to deregister it.
How to deregister it? Should I contact you for this or I can do it myself from the envato account? Then how to re-register it with the main domain? It would be during the weekend, so your support would be unavailable…

How to deactivate old site and activate a new site since I have only one license?

I have a problem with the mobile menu. If I have the service slider and brand slider items enabled, the mobile menu does not work
I have bought your theme and install it. Due to my client requirements I needed to change the domain. However, when I asked my local hosting provider about adding my new domain they did with terminating or resetting all my database. This is a huge loss for me and I don’t have any backup neither the hosting provider(they are saying). Anyway, I will have to start everything from very scratch but problem is I am unable to activate the license as it’s saying it’s already been activated for another site. I would really be grateful if you could remove the license from previous website so that I can add this to my new website.

Pre-purchase question. If using one-click demo am I able to mix or combine section(s) from the two different demos to form my preferred site? or once I install a demo I have to stick to the contents of that? Thanks
Sorry two demo combination is not possible. You need to import one demo at a time. Then you can add the second element via elementor, Not from importer. Thank you

How do I edit the about us tab on vc?

Following an analysis of my wp_options table I found the size of the child theme config as mentioned below. I assume they are records generated by my Child Theme Configurator plugin. Please could you advise why the size is so huge, is it advisable to delete them. If not please indicate which ones I should retain. Any assistance would be appreciated.

Advance DB cleaner plugin, this shows as orphan, if its not from your theme then is it ok to delete these tables?

I have been updating the website.
When trying to update the Cleaning Services Core plugin and the WP Bakery plugin keep coming up with error: Update failed: The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature
The first slide is also shifting to the left. It’s using Slick Slider. If it was revolution slider I would know how to resolve, but it is not.
Slides are now not working at all

The whole point is that the Cleaning Services Core plugin won’t update. Nothing else has the issue and updates fine.
Please deactivate the licence and then activate again. If the licence is not activated in other site it will activated . Then you are able to update all again. If licence activated again.

PCL_ZIP error This type of error some time occurs for licensing issue. Try deactivate and reactivating the licence that you have than again try installing. This should solve your issue.
