Hi, for the past month or so, I see an error in WP dashboard on multiple sites using this theme (each one has an individual license code). The error is:
“Your copy of the theme has not been activated. Please navigate to Bridge Dashboard where you can input your purchase code and activate your copy of the theme so you can have access to all the theme features, elements & options.”
But when I go to Bridge Dashboard, it says it’s registered and activated. I’ve tried de-registering and re-registering the sites, but this didn’t solve the issue. What’s going on here?

The plugins that you got after the purchase are called bundled and we, as a theme authors, have purchased an extended license for them. That means you don’t have to activate them and they’ll work for you regardless of that.
Bundled plugins offer the same core features and functionality as the standalone version of the item on CodeCanyon. Some plugins may ask for a purchase code for registration/activation once installed, however, you can simply ignore these messages as bundled plugins do not require activation or registration. We do recommend importing demo on a clean installation as importing multiple demos on the same installation can create conflicts.
The best approach if you want to check the settings or any element from another demo is to create local test website. For this you need to install local server, e.g. XAMPP. Then install WP, Bridge, plugins and import desired demo content to your local testing website and check how the pages have been built and what settings/elements have been applied.
Each installation requires a separate license. Therefore, with the Regular license you purchase with our theme, you can use the said theme only on a single website or a live domain. However, you can use the theme on more than one localhost installations.

I have used demos in different domains in previous uses. After the last update, I cannot install on different domains with the same license. Is this practice abandoned now? Will it be a single license, single domain application?

Thanks for writing in! You can install the different demos on your local installation. Please note that all our themes can be bought only via the Envato Market (Theme Forest site) and we are an exclusive author within that platform. Envato has its own licenses and at the moment, they don’t offer multisite license and you can choose only a Regular or Extended license (extended license is no longer available as our themes are now GPL compliant), both licensees allow installing the theme only within a single app installation. So by our understanding of both licenses, you can only install the theme on one installation and one domain. If you wish to use the theme on a dev or staging domain you are more than welcome to send us a mail to our help center providing your purchase code in it and our team will help you with this.

We found out, that a vc_column_text was added before q_team shortcode. That caused WP Bakery to not show q_team widget. We fixed it. Anyhow thanks.
