After updated porto the wpbakery is not active for templates builder – only the classic – also, I have checked the options (page and porto builder) at wpbakery settings for all the role managers.

Please follow the below listed debugging processes one by one, hope this will help you in finding the cause of the issue.

I.   Make sure you have everything up to date (Theme, Plugins, Translations files)
II.  Remember to reset ALL cache etc after a plugin or theme update.
III. Disable all plugins except WooCommerce and recheck if the issue persists
IV.  Check the browser dev console on errors (F12, on most if not all browsers)
V.   Double-check your own Custom CSS, or Custom Snippets in function.php is causing it
VI.  If you have setup the Porto Speed Optimization Wizard, then please reset it and set all the options to default, uncheck all the options and save changes/compile and check back your site after removing the cache of the browser.

And also could you please purchase support extension to get further support? Your 6 months of support period is expired from 23/10/2021. According to Envato support policy, renewing support is required for further support.

Sorry to say that but we have not tested that plugin officially with our theme, so we are unable to suggest you on it, if that plugin made to follow all the WordPress standards then it should work with our theme as well, so if you want you can try it but at your own risk.

Hello I have created a block and I want to insert it as a banner in the html block section as a suggestion it tells me to insert like this [porto_block name = “{block_slug}”]. i replaced {block_slug} with the block name, with block id but nothing is not working. can you kindly explain me how to do it for example my block is black friday [porto_block id = “8044”] how do i make it appear in the html blocks section

Hi,

I was filling the footer with widgets via Appearance > Widgets. Suddenly I can’t see the widgets anymore in Appearance > Widgets.

All Footer Widgets 1, 2 and 3 are empty. But in live view on the website they are there. So I can’t change them anymore.

If I go to Appearance > Customize > Widgets, I can see by Footer Widget 3 this error:

This is not our theme issue but this is Elementor plugin issue, Click the Recreate Kit option, and recreate the kit then reload the page, it won’t affect anything. Please read the official documentation of Elementor on this: https://elementor.com/help/how-to-fix-default-kit-missing-error/

We already enabled 1-click install for revolution content slider import. You can find that particular slider with the demo when you import it.

You can always get the latest updates of the Premium plugins with the Theme update in the Theme Package.

And there is no need to activate or purchase a new license for this plugin. This plugin is already included in the theme package and already purchased the license by P-Themes. This activation message for those who want to update the plugin directly from their website. In our case, you can receive the updated plugin always with the theme update release.

So no need to activate it, just ignore the message and feel free to use it.

You can not use the library/template of any Premium plugin including in any Theme Package, If you want to use the premium plugin library/template then you have to purchase that particular plugin license separately, this is Envato policy you may wish to confirm from them as well.
