What I want to tell you is that the mobile menu of this theme is not good (it’s a simple drop-down menu) compared to the menu that you offer on the classic theme, and that for several years nothing has changed!

Yes, Every demo is built differently from each other. The demo photography is built like this you can change it by using any third-party plugins at your own risk. We are currently working on the update of our theme very soon it will be released the more features will be added to the theme you can wait till the update is released. That’s all.

This seems to be a bug. When I tick “Disable the “Stay-On-Top” Main Menu Logo” the stock logo disappears and some of my custom colours take effect.

There seems to be an error somewhere.

First of all, make sure that you are using the very latest version of the Theme Version 3.4.18, and if yes then, To be able to update the themes Related plugins you first need to update the theme as this will then include the latest packaged plugins and then once that is done you head to U-Design Options → Related Plugins and you can update them from there.

Keep in mind that the theme loads the plugin files for Rev. Slider, Essential Grid and WP Bakery from a local folder within the theme, it’s not communicating with any remote server or the plugins directly.

Start the Demo Import Wizard and install it like that, it should be the first step in the Wizard, just don’t forget to exit the wizard right after VERY IMPORTANT! Simply go to the Dashboard >> U-Design >> Settings >> Layouts and there you will see the layout option of the site theme have, simply set the settings as you want then save settings and check back your site after clear the browser cache. Actually, The version you have installed on your site of our theme is very very old, And it’s possible that the update will mess up the site. So first take a complete backup of your site and then update the theme. Basically, there are many ways to update the theme.

Automatically update the theme, steps listed below:

1. Take the complete backup of your site before updating the Theme for avoiding any inconvenience.
2. Deactivate all the third-party plugins before updating the Theme.
3. Take a Backup of your Custom Code and remove it from the site before an update of the Theme.
4. If you are using a Child Theme then Activate the Parent-Theme before updating the Theme.
5. Remove all the cache from your server, site and finally check back your site after removing the browser cache and check deeply what are the changes that occur on your site after that...
6. After that go to Appearance >> Themes and update the Theme One-Click automatically from there.
7. After that go to Appearance >> Install Plugins and update the Theme required/recommended plugins from there one by one.
8. After that check back your site after removing the browser cache and check deeply what are changes occur on your site after that and if all goes well then.
9. You have to again Activate the Child Theme.
10. Again activate all the third-party plugins one by one.

Finally, check back your site after removing the browser cache.

Thanks for your reply. Instead, if the update goes wrong and we have to stay with the old version of the theme there will be problems with the new versions of php? Now there is the 5.6.40 but I need to upgrade it if I want to go on updating wordpress

OMG I fixed it! If it had been a snake it would have bitten my head off. It was so easy it was hard. U-Design / Settings / Front Page Sliders / Rev Slider / Choose Slider (if using Main Demo 2017 anyway)
It’s been so long since I set up a site with U Design that I had forgotten about those settings. I kept wondering why the default demo homepage settings had no slider chosen yet there was a slider on my homepage. Sometimes that forest is obscured by those darn trees.
